OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the ground floor, with easy beach access and expansive ocean views! Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Living room has open floor plan with a queen size sofa sleeper and a queen size murphy bed. The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes a dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Coin op laundry on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY.

A great spot to stay being so close to the beach and easy access to and from!!! Spacious with lots of sleeping spots and 2 bathrooms made it easy to manage with 5 kids! Definitely recommend!

The family had a great time in seaside. This location was exactly what we wanted. Right on the promenade so we can look out at the ocean. We had on issue with the pull out couch bed but the host responded the next day and sent someone out to try and get things fixed. The condo had a few other small things like miss colored repairs in the bathroom wall. Overall I think it is a great spot and we had a great time.

My husband and I love this beach side location. For us the first floor floor was perfect. I was worried we wouldn’t be able to see the ocean, but we could. And the patio gave us a little bit of a block from the wind, which was nice. This location is right along the promenade so we were able to take a stroll in both directions to see the really cool houses. It’s also very convenient to walk to Broadway, which is where all of the fun restaurants and activities are located. The sunsets were amazing and even though the high was only 60 it felt much warmer. We really like the fact that there were two bathrooms and then we folded out the couch for another bed just so we could watch TV and see the ocean at the same time.

I was on the bottom floor I wish I could have seen the ocean a little better it was mostly because of the grass on the hill. The condo was beautiful great stocked with everything. I was a little bit cold this is very normal for me. I kept turning up the heat I felt like it wasn’t getting warmer. I was smart and did bring a throw blanket for me for the couch! All and all it was a great getaway! Parking was a little tight

Enjoyed our stay. The stairwell was closed for a couple of days, which was a little inconvenient. The beds and bedding could use some updating, but overall we were happy with our stay.
