OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the ground floor, with easy beach access and expansive ocean views! Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Living room has open floor plan with Queen hide-a-bed, flat screen TV, Fireplace & Queen Murphy bed. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes cozy breakfast bar with stools. Master bedroom has a comfy Queen bed & flat screen TV; master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Outdoor patio furniture for your enjoyment to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town.

Fantastic property that is better in person than the pictures show. Super comfy bed, nice bathrooms, and incredible location! Great place to use as a hub for exploring the coast or just for a relaxing beach vacation.Would absolutely stay again!

This is our second time staying here and it was great. The accommodations are incredible. Only suggestion I would have is to add a fan in the bedroom closet in case needed.

Great location near the beach, dining and family activities. The main bedroom is on the same side as the elevator and was loud at times, but overall a great place. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and meticulously maintained. Direct access to the beach. Had everything we needed and we were very comfortable here. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Incredible location with great access to the beach, small sink space in bathrooms so plan for keeping items in underneath cabinets, very comfortable bed.No body wash or Kleenex, so plan accordingly. There are bars of soap in the showers.

The view was great, as close to the beach as possible. So nice to have a washer and dryer right in the unit. We didnt' get there until almost midnight and it was nice and easy to just get in.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the location. The only negative was most of the dishes, pots and pans, and silverware were dirty with either a greasy film or actual stuck on food from whoever stayed before us. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable. If you're into watching sunsets from your room this room had the perfect view and very comfortable rocking chairs on the patio. We will definitely be booking again.

We enjoyed our experience. The cabinets and countertops are dated but clean. It was a well stocked kitchen. the description was good about the access to the beach. The rocking outdoor chairs were great with the side table for cozy mornings wrapped in blankets with hot cocoa and tea watching the ocean. It was a safe area and the host was very good about communication.

Overall clean, well-stocked accommodation with great views in a convenient location. The advertised queen pull-out needs an upgrade to be sleepable, fortunately our group didn’t need it but would have been nice to spread out. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Easy check in and out. The condo was spacious and well updated. Could use some new patio furniture but overall a very nice place for our family to stay for the week.

The room was perfect and we loved the 2 full bathrooms. The view was amazing. ❤️ The only disappointment was the amount of dog poop right at the edge of our patio and all over the grass area. Dog owners need to do better.

Loved it! Would stay again!

Great ocean view from living room, beach access right out the back door, good space for our family of 2 adults + 4 kids. Perfect way to enjoy Seaside!

Wonderful Place To Stay!

We had a great time at this property! It was very clear and comfortable. The location was perfect for being close to all of the shops and restaurants as well as steps away from the beach! We will come back again and we highly recommend this property!

Very clean and great location

We had a girls weekend and it was perfect for the 4 of us. Short walking distance to the beach and prom. Super easy check in and check out.
