OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the 4th floor, with expansive ocean views! Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead.
Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. YOU MAY NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOMS, ON BALCONIES, COMMON AREAS OR PATIOS.

My stay was awesome! Everything that I needed was in walking distance and the view was amazing. Definitely will recommend and will definitely stay there again. Everything went smoothly and fit my family comfortably family size of 5.

This was a really nice property with a great ocean view. We loved being able to walk into town and onto the beach in just minutes. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. We highly recommend this property.

While the 4th floor unit was adequate for the two of us with a WONDERFUL view it is also quite dated. We liked the location and proximity to the beach and the bed was comfortable but the unit over all felt "old" and somewhat "tired" to us and is in need of some maintenance.

We had a wonderful time there. The view was awesome and it was real easy to get to the beach. The unit is a bit outdated but we did not mind. The faucets in the bathrooms were a little hard to work especially for older hands.Beds were very comfortable, pillows could be replaced by new ones.The hosts made accommodations for us to check in early which was super nice, thank you very much! All in all a great stay!

Nice condo. Corner condo so great view. Could use some updating especially the vinyl flooring. Well stocked kitchen . Great king bed but needs mew pillows. Would stay again.

This beachfront condo was perfect for us. The Murphy bed was not in the way, the sofa bed was a little tricky to close, the king bed was comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. The view was wonderful!

Fantastic Seaside Location

Perfect condo for Seaside vacation! Great location within walking distance to restaurants, activities, and beach. Beds were firm and perfect. Plenty of linens and towels. Fully stocked kitchen so cooking was a breeze! Great deck with view of sunset over water every evening. We plan to stay here again!

Bathrooms could use some updating. The view was amazing.Was really relaxing. Felt like a home not like a hotel. Definitely will stay there again

Very nice week with my family. Parking was rough until we called about the overflow parking, then we were golden. Wished there was a pool, but definitely would stay again!!! Thank you!

It’s all about the location

We had a great time. We love the city and you can’t beat the location. The condo is very dated and you could see a lot of wear and tear. The lady we dealt with was so kind and helpful.

Everything was great! My only input would be that if you are going to have anyone sleeping in the Murphy bed or in the living room, have them bring some earplugs. The refrigerator is kind of noisy, but you certainly can’t hear it from the bedroom.

This Condo was great! It was our 4th time visiting and this is our favorite place by far. Easy check-in process, very clean and great location! The only reason I gave it a 4 star is that this condo advertised a hideabed, which we were going to use for one of my children. Unfortunately, it needs repair and did not seem safe to use for sleep. We had to rearrange our sleeping plans which made it a lot more uncomfortable for this Mama unfortunately. Other than that, we had no complaints and enjoyed our stay!

Unit needs maintenance

Great location, great views. Unit needs a good cleaning and maintenance- filthy carpets need cleaning, stove display not working properly, cupboard doors falling off.

The view is beautiful. The condo had all the things we needed. It started out rocky with the bathroom door being locked, but I called and someone from the office came right away to fix it. Crisis averted! The Murphy bed was like sleeping on a board. My hips are actually bruised. There is absolutely no place for that sleeper to have drawers or a closet, so you have to live out of your suitcase on the floor. Other bedroom was very comfortable. There is a broken window in that room that won’t shut properly. The mattress was very comfortable.

Beautiful Location

The unit itself is VERY OUTDATED!! It smelled very musty & old. The bed sheets and covers were replaced by management after we called because of stains & smells. Overall if the owners would update this property it would be a wonderful location

We thank you for your review and will pass your information along to the owner about it being dated. I'm not sure why or how it could have smelled musty or old as the carpets were literally professionally deep cleaned and the bathrooms and part of the kitchen were painted the day before you checked in.

Nice view...but

The view was amazing, however this property needs a serious update. It is very worn and very smelly. They have put charcoal fresheners everywhere but does not help. I was very put off by the whole vibe in the place.
