Newly built in 2017, 4 bed 3 bath cabin in Forest Lakes Estates. Large open vaulted family room with gorgeous barn wood ceilings. Stunning gas rocked fireplace that will keep your warm during the winter months. The kitchen is open & spacious w/ large granite island & 6 bar stools gather around. Stainless appliances & large dining table that can seat 8. Beautiful picture windows looking out to the forrest. Wraps around deck perfect for entertaining and to enjoy the great outdoors. On the main floor are 2 good size bedrooms w/ king sized beds. Full bath on the main floor w/ double sinks, tiled shower & private toilet. Laundry room w/ washer & dryer. In the basement is a family room w/ large sectional sofa & TV. There is full bath & bedroom with a queen size trundle with full bed under. The spacious vaulted master suite w/ king sized bed @picture windows looks out to the tall pines. Master bath has double sinks, large tiled shower. The cabin is decorated with a rustic & industrial flare. Everything you could need and more for large families or groups. Kitchen is equipped with all big & small appliances and plenty of cookware. The property is over an acre of woods to play, several walking & riding trails are near by. Forest Lakes offers several lakes to visit: Woods Canyon, Willow Springs, Bear Lake, Black Canyon, Knoll, & Chevlon. Fishing & small 10 h.p motors boats are permitted. There is a large fishing pond .5 mile from cabin. The cabin is just a few miles away from the Mogollum Rim with breath taking views & lots of outdoors activities. Wonderful spot in Forest Lakes for a family getaway. We enjoyed visiting Woods Canyon Lake as well as Tom's pond within the community. We drove around in the evenings and spotted wildlife throughout the area. Kids and adults all had a great time!

2nd Annual family trip

Everything about this property was perfect for our family, lots of rooms for sleeping lots of room for socializing, wraparound deck, all the amenities. We had a great time and made great memories.

What a wonderful family vacation over Christmas we had here. The house is beautiful, the kitchen has everything you need cookware wise and some staple pantry items. The rooms were spacious and so comfortable. The location was amazing, quiet, and spacious. Plenty of parking for our 3 cars, kids enjoyed having the basement space to themselves. The adults enjoyed cooking and relaxing in the large living area. The fireplace was a cozy as they come. All in all 10/10. Would love to stay here again!

Loved the property! The cabin is roomy and everything was new and updated. Wifi was great for getting work done while hiding in the forest. The beds were super comfy, the upstairs master is wonderful, and the 1st floor/basement is perfect for the kids to disappear and play their video games. Great experience and can't wait to stay again!

The PERFECT family RETREAT!!

Best experience! We had 3 generations together and really enjoyed this beautiful home. My granddaughters loved the tire swing, exploring and at night we enjoyed gathering around the gas firetable on the deck overlookimg the property. The home is very spacious! I had previously injured my foot and loved that I could pull up at the side entrance and only deal with a couple steps and I was on the main floor w/ kitchen, gorgeous family room and dining area plus 2 bedrooms/bath. Internet worked like a charm. Plenty of rooms and space upstairs and down stairs for everyone to spreadout. We never turned on a TV. The house was fully stocked. Close to lakes, hiking trails and never ending places to explore on your stay. We will definitely come back.

Nice place

This place was in a nice wooded location and had pretty much everything we could have possibly needed. The manager was great with communication! All beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. What wasn't so great was that there were 2 sets of stairs and 1 baby gate that didnt work for either one. Also, I had to look under the basement couch for the tv remote and it was pretty dirty underneath. We couldnt find the remote and were unable to use that TV which was kind of a bummer for our kids. The lost remote im sure was due to the previous guests. Lastly, we felt neighbors were a little closer than the pictures led on. Overall it was a very nice stay.

We had a great time at this cabin in the woods. The location was perfect Willow Springs Lake where we like to go fishing. We had 2 families stay in this cabin.And there was plenty of beds for most everyone. We cooked all of our meals at this cabin and the kitchen was well stocked for a large gathering. We brought a small boat that we take on the lake and there was plenty of parking for the boat and additional vehicles.The host Wendi was very communicative throughout the process and available any time I needed her via text. The small creature comforts of home were there like shampoo conditioner , body wash and towels. The kitchen island served as a main focal point during our stay due to many family meals , being prepared and served. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well with plenty of pillows and blankets to go around.

The great heat escape getaway!!

What a wonderful way to get away from the heat. The property was exceptional as was the property host. All questions before our trip were answered promptly and thoroughly. The cabin was extremely clean and well equipped. Very comfortable furniture inside and out. Our entire family was extremely pleased with the accommodations, the property and proximity to the lake where we chilled in our boat rental and shared many laughs while trying to get a fish on our lines! Highly recommend this property- we will be back!! B & C

Beautiful Forest Lakes Retreat!

We had a lovely weekend at this property. The area is in the cool pines near multiple lakes. The house was exactly as described and we had everything we needed. It was spacious for our family and we enjoyed every minute! We saw an elk and raccoons and caught many fish at woods canyon and willow springs. Also went kayaking at woods canyon and had a great day there! We highly recommend this property and hope to return before end of summer!

Best getaway ever

We needed nothing, the house was so well stocked, the beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets, the house was decorated so beautifully, there were so many games and activities for the kids I would stay here again and again.

We are a family that came from the Northwest 21 years ago and now live in Gilbert. We love this area because it reminds us of home with tall pines, green trees & lakes. Lot of trails for four wheeling, hiking. We've been visiting Forest Lakes area for over 12 years and love the small community and what it has to offer. We bought the land with a fixer upper cabin in 2015 and have been remodeling and added on new addition for a year and half with my father. We are so proud of this little piece of paradise in the woods. We have several other friends in the area that own cabins, so its always fun getting together at the cabin. We had been looking for perfect property up here for many years. This piece of land is perfect private area that has lots of space around it and across the street from the Coconino national forrest. It sits further back in the community so we don't get alot of traffic or dust. This is a small community w/ lots to offer including community center, pancake breakfasts, ice cream socials. Trail riding, hiking, horse back riding, fishing, hunting. The weather is a huge part of being in this area. It averages 30-45 degrees cooler than the valley area . The elevation is 7800 feet so it snows in the winter and is cool and averages mid 80s in the summers months .

This cabin sits up a hill with amazing views of the tall green pines all around us. The neighbors sit further away so it really feels like your in your own little private setting. Great big deck to sip coffee and relax with friends and family. Newly built 2017 with plenty of cabin feel. We get snow during the winters, be prepared for it!
