We had the most wonderful time celebrating my son’s 14th birthday here. The unit was perfect and the hosts were great communicators! This end unit looks down over one of the pools and has a great view of the sunrise and sunset. We lost an item during our stay and they found it and returned it quickly. The only downside was having to check-in through the resort separately, but I understand that is just an is. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

Condo was perfect. It had everything you need except beach towels (we were informed about this before arriving). Beautiful decor and even more beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again:)

Wonderful view

Shout out to our gracious host! We were able to check-in early/late. Our stay was short and sweet,but we definitely enjoyed the very clean and beautiful condo. (AMAZING VIEWS) Thank you Wendy. We will be back!

Visit from California

Instructions for check in were easy to follow. The property has lots of guests so prime parking and elevators were challenging at times. View from the balcony was amazing to watch the sunsets and from the large glass windows from the living room area. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the time went by way too fast!

Beachtime

The condo was great in every way. Accommodations were excellent and well stocked with supplies. Wendy was very helpful and answered all questions on a timely basis.I was especially impressed with cleanliness of the Tidewater facilities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating Parking is the deck was convenient and easy to access. I will rent again and highly recommend this property.

Highly recommend!

The condo was beautifully decorated and the layout was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal. The linens, towels and washcloths were all soft and comfortable as well as the beds. The views from the living room and deck are amazing. The owner, Wendy, was very helpful in booking and preparing for our stay and always responded quickly to emails.

Immaculate Condo

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning condo in Panama City Beach, Florida, owned by the wonderful Wendy. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The condo itself was immaculate, with breathtaking views of the ocean and luxurious amenities that made our stay unforgettable. Wendy's attention to detail and dedication to ensuring her guests have a memorable experience truly set this rental apart. Whether it was recommending local attractions or promptly addressing any inquiries, Wendy went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I cannot recommend this condo enough for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway with exceptional service.

Elevators are terrible

The elevator wait time is absolutely insane and they are hot. The towels in our condo had to be washed because they smelled like they sat in the washer for too long. There is no dead bolt on the door for extra security. My grandson walked out the door. The dryer took 3 cycles to dry your laundry. No hot water in kitchen sink. Had a terrible encounter on the beach from a Karen that we later found out wasn’t an employee but a condo owner. She was taking pictures of us and checking our guest bracelets. Extremely rude. We will not be staying here AGAIN!

Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean and has beautiful decor. The panoramic view from the 23rd floor is spectacular! So nice to have windows in every room that allow you to look at something pleasing. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need (except a corkscrew but I had my own anyway) it even has some cooking items not usually found in rentals which was a nice surprise. Make sure to look in the cabinet above the stove before you go to the grocery store. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing about the condo that was disappointing is the mattress in the smaller bedroom. I believe it's time for that to be replaced. All other mattresses were comfortable and in good condition.

Our Tidewater Condo Family Trip

Loved the Condo and the location but the resort could use some fixing , like the elevators ...many elevators in the bldg. were broken and we had a 23rd floor condo rental. The hot tub was broken ...it was warm but the bubbles did not work. Pool closes at 10 pm which is really to early considering this is a vacation place and sometimes dinner takes awhile to get a table and by the time you return you cant take to kids or yourselves to a closing soon pool. Just unpractical. The parking garge is a Big Problem !!! They should assign each room their own 2 parking spots ...because driving around looking for a handicap spot and never during a 6 night stay did we get one but yes parking spots were crazy. Plus the Movie Theater they have ....You are not allowed to take any food or drink into the small theater , Children and adults need drinks and snacks while enjoying a movie ( hold a family members DL ) as a good faith of keeping it clean while using it but No snacks !!! Come on whats a movie without popcorn? Yeah but the biggest thing was the elevators. 30-45 minute waits . But our Condo/ Apt was beautiful 😍 Thanks

Amazing views, very nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and had all we needed. Kitchen was really well stocked. I absolutely loved the hallway table lamps and the added touches like the candle and fall decorations. The panoramic views are breathtaking. You can watch sunrise from bed through the windows and watch sunset from the balcony or the living room. We liked that the unit was on the end of the building and we could use the west end elevators with a much shorter wait. All rooms had smart tv's which was great for watching movies on netflix or cartoons on demand for our daughter. We brought our own, but appreciated that there was a pack n plan available for our toddler. My only suggestions would be to put a full length mirror somewhere. Be forewarned if you have kids, the night light plug ins are hot scented oil (nice touch but could have been a mess if our toddler would have found one). Also, the floors were pretty dirty and needed to be mopped. Our daughters feet were black from walking on them. I was having to wash her feet multiple times a day so we just went and got her some bedroom slippers and had to keep them on her all the time. And I would suggest that the amount of trash bags, paper towels. and tp you get be based on how long you stay. We had to buy all three for a 6 night stay bc there wasn't enough supplied. Otherwise, all was perfect and Wendy was helpful and very responsive. We will likely be back!

The unit was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Unreasonable cold weather when we were there but the beach is beautiful.

Property was exactly as pictured. Had problem with door not locking. There was some confusion on how to have issue corrected. Property Manager corrected problem immediately when contacted. We we're please with overall stay. Love the easy access to beach

Will definitely choose this property again.

Sunsets from the balcony are stunning! The condo was great. The location is perfect. Having an onsite Starbucks is a big plus. Cafe onsite has good food and drinks. Wendy is great to work with and accommodating.

Refreshing getaway

The condo was just as beautiful as all the pictures. The views were breathtaking and we enjoyed everything about the property. Only negative was the very long wait each and every time we had to use elevator (2 were down). Owner Wendy gave a speedy response any time I reached out with a question. Will definitely try to book again if we go back to this beach town.
