The Fine Recline beach house is lovely Kiwanda Shores home and it feels like brand new! It has a cozy, open layout with comfy recliner couches in front of the lovely gas fireplace. There are 2 spacious bedrooms and a den with a sleeper-sofa and TV. The house is on a quiet road in a private neighborhood and there is a nice, sunny back deck for relaxing out of the wind.

Single level home. Garage is available. Open living, dining area and kitchen. Back deck accessed off of kitchen. Den with TV and double hide-a-bed. Master bedroom with queen bed and full bath. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Full hall bath.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night . Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
