The Curious Sea Cow is a fun, darling, well-stocked townhome in the beachside neighborhood of Shorepine Village. Thoughtfully furnished, and designed as a perfect launchpad for your beach adventures. This home is spacious yet cozy with a nice gas fireplace and sunny back deck. The walking paths to the beach are just outside. The bright main floor has a gas fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, and access to the back deck and garage. Upstairs the bedrooms are comfy and clean and there is even a fun loft space in the kids room to play in.
Layout:
Main level entry has garage, deck, living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Upstairs has the 3 bedrooms: Primary with king bed and full bath, bedroom with queen bed, and bedroom with queen bed and twin/twin bunks (and fun play loft). There is another full hall bath.

Shorepine Village is an award winning area of traditional beach homes built in harmony with the natural environment. Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Shorepine Village is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR’s for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.

We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night . Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival.
