Come visit and experience all the sights and sounds of the beautiful Miramar Beach, Destin, and South Walton County / 30A areas and enjoy the emerald, green waters of the Gulf of America with the sugar white beaches of Florida's Emerald Coast. All while staying here at Summerspell 310.

Summerspell 310 is a quaint little condo with views of the beach that can greet you each morning with breezy, sunny warmth, then close your afternoons with a most colorfully enchanting and memorable sunset (a must see), all from your own private balcony.

From your unit it is just a short walk down to the beach where you can sunbathe, stroll along the shoreline, find keepsake shells, play games in the sugary sands, or take a cooling dip in the gulf water. You could even throw in a frozen cocktail, lunch or dinner, and/or listen to live music beachside. Great thing is that at Summerspell 310, you are within easy walking distance to a number of gift shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and beach bars, including the popular Pompano Joe's. And in the evening, if seeking a more intimate or elegant environment for dinner, you have the luxury of choosing from several nearby 4 and 5-star restaurants.

Additionally, ample choices for shopping or even a movie are available at the nearby venues of Silver Sands Factory Outlet Stores, Sandestin / Grand Boulevard, and Destin Commons; and it's only a short drive away to visit to the infamous South Walton Seaside Community and Grayton Beach for more sightseeing and shopping.

If looking for some outdoors activities, Summerspell has a private pool and hot tub for guests' use; nearby you'll find The Track, Big Kahunas' amusement & water park, biking, tennis, golf cart rentals, even golfing is available nearby at some of the most beautiful and challenging golf courses you'll ever encounter. Perfect Vacation

My husband and I love Miramar Beach and look forward to our trip each year. We love staying in this condo. It's clean, location is perfect, and the owners are incredibly friendly! We like to think of it as home away from home!

Anniversary Getaway

It was perfect for our Anniversary Getaway. All the amenities were just as they were described. Plenty of room for us to enjoy the condo. We loved the view of the beach from the balcony and the easy access to the beach.

Great unit!

What a great unit for the area. Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. Great accommodations throughout. The hosts were super-communicative and had a welcome package of bread and wine when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

Very inviting and relaxing

Great location. Have stayed in this unit twice. Nice pet friendly area. Close to the beach, Winn Dixie, restaurants and very well stocked unit. Feels like home. Will definitely be back to 310.

We very much enjoyed our stay in unit 310 .

We stayed in unit 310 for the month of February 2018 and enjoyed it very much. The view from the condo deck is beautiful. The new owners are very committed to making the unit everything it can be. A great stay!! We booked it for next year!

Perfect for us!

The location was great! Beach access was so easy. The condo was clean. It was decorated cute. Loved morning coffee on the balcony. Also, watching a thunder storm on the ocean. Perfect view. Looking forward to coming back next year.

The View!

The condo was very clean and accurate to the description given. The view was better than we expected. The owners where easy to work with and very friendly! Perfect vacation

This condo is perfect for our family of 4! It had everything we needed and a few things we didn’t know we needed. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were all very comfortable. Wonderful location, easy access to the beach, shops and food near by. Our only complaint was that the main bedroom is very bright in the mornings making it hard to sleep in. Thank you Buddy & Sheryl for sharing this little piece of heaven with us.

Absolutely wonderful!

This unit was beyond accommodating! We had everything we needed. Had some things we didn’t even realize we’d need! This place was clean and had an amazing view! Every morning I would sit out and have my coffee & see dolphins playing. (Binoculars were an added bonus.) The owners are amazing as well. We had an amazing time & hope to come back soon!

Great beach location

We really enjoyed our 4 week stay in Destin ! Although there were a few issues after we arrived, our fabulous hosts made sure everything was resolved in a timely manner. These issues were beyond their control, and they went above and beyond to make it right . The condo was in a great location : steps from the gorgeous beach, and very close to shops, restaurants, & golf . It’s a very busy area , but wasn’t particularly noisy at night . The unit was well appointed with everything we needed . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - definitely 5 star !

Everything you need for a beautiful vacation right here.

This condo was clean, beautiful and relaxing. Everything possible was provided, and the location and views were ideal – great restaurants within walking distance and water sports across the street, and you really can see the dolphins from the balcony! We also made great meals using the kitchen and two charcoal grills near the pool area, enjoyed using the bikes and the beach umbrella, and made great use of the pool and hot tub. Our hosts were responsive and helpful every step of the way. We are looking forward to many more visits! Michelle & Antonio S. and family

Hassle free experience

Hassle free experience. The beach is so close and easy to access. The condo had everything my two boys and I needed to be comfortable during our stay. I had to ask Sheryl and Buddy to have the shower drain serviced because it was draining so slow. It was fixed the next day! Awesome experience!!

Nice place. Great Owners

The air went out the day we arrived. Actually as we were driving the 10 hours down there. They communicated with us as soon as they found out. Made accommodations to get the place cooled down and even left some adult beverages to help us get through the night. They got the air fixed the next day and everything was perfect the rest of our stay. They were going to comp us for the one hot night, but let us stay an additional night instead. The place was great, just a short walk across the street to the beach.

Lovely stay at Miramar Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is very clean, beautifully decorated, and provides a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The owners are so kind and anytime I had a question they responded quickly and thoroughly. They even left a nice little welcome gift for when we arrived. One of the things we really appreicated was being able to use their beach chairs and umbrella. This saved us money from having to buy at the store and leave them behind. The only thing we wished differently is that it had access to a private beach, but the condo is just steps to the beach so regardless it worked out well and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Great Family Vacation!

We truly enjoyed our stay at SummerSpell Unit 310. Sheryl and Buddy welcomed us with a surprise gift which was truly heartfelt. The unit had a gorgeous view to the ocean and tons of amenities. We were lucky to see dolphins one morning right from the balcony! The beach chairs, umbrellas and rolling cooler were a lovely and thoughtful touch. The kitchen was cozy and we made breakfast every morning. The heated pool in the common area was an added bonus. There were board games and books to read. Sheryl and Buddy were amazing! We definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back on our next trip to Destin! Every detail was perfect!

Vacation Heaven

We really enjoyed our stay at Summerspell 310 in Miramar Beach. The condo was beautiful and amazingly clean. The owners had provided everything that could possibly be needed for a beach vacation. We did not need to bring anything except clothing, food and ourselves. The owners were very easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. To save us time and effort, they even made a special trip to the Tourist Develpoment Center to obtain information for us regarding the need of a pet license to take our dog on the beach. They also left a welcome gift of wine and bread which was a great start to our vacation. The location of the condo was great and very relaxing and very quiet at night. The beach was beautiful and a very short walk across the road. We look forward to coming back again real soon to Summerspell 310. Thanks for a wonderful vacation stay!

Attention to Detail

Living just 4 hrs from Destin, we come to the beach quite often and stay anywhere from Okaloosa Island to Seagrove, This condo, is by far, the cleanest and well-stocked. We packed essentials, as we always do, and needed none of them. The condo had everything we we needed! Since this was our first beach trip of the year we did forget one thing, binoculars. Well, there was a pair of binoculars at the condo, along with anything else you think you would need or want on your vacation. Not only did the condo have everything you might need, it was also very clean. Someone is very meticulous and thorough when it comes to the upkeep and presentation of this unit. Things were easy to find and were folded, stacked, and organized so well. I appreciate all the "extra" time that is spent on this condo between each guest. It certainly shows! The arrival gifts are an extra special touch! I took a photo of the balsamic vinegar, oil, and dried herbs/seasonings to purchase and enjoy at home. Thank you for all that you do to make your rental extra-special. It certainly does NOT go unnoticed!

Wonderful condo!

Loved this unit! Clean, well maintained, and decorated so nicely. When we arrived there was a tray with a delicious loaf of bakery bread and a bottle of wine to welcome us. There were other little welcoming touches, like a few complimentary toiletries. Sheryl and Buddy were very quick to respond to any questions. This is our third time staying at Summerspell, but our first time in 310. It has been our favorite unit so far for the above reasons and we plan to stay here again next year. I only have one suggestion: room darkening shades would be appreciated as there is an outside light near the bedroom window and at night the room is pretty bright. This however, would not keep us from renting this unit again! Thank you Sheryl and Buddy for sharing this unit and being such great hosts!
