This is a one bedroom, 1.5 bath unit that can sleep 4 comfortably. The half-bathroom includes a stacked washer-dryer. The master bedroom has a pillow top king size bed. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a twin-sized bunk bed in the hallway. The kitchen has a granite countertop and cabinets stocked with cookware. There is free wifi and all TVs are flat panel with HD. Complementary beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella is provided. It is pet friendly! Must be at least 25 years old to lease. Grills are located near pool areas. THERE IS RESTORATION WORK AT THE RESORT WHICH MAY CREATE CONSTRUCTION NOISE FROM 8:00 to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. This will be finished by May 17,2025.

Wonderful place to stay

The condo was perfect for us(3 adults 1 child 1 yorkie☺️ Our condo was pristine clean. It was a short walk to the pool area and to the beach.

Perfect for my needs

This condo exceeded my expectations. Check-in was easy and ahead of schedule. The space was clean and larger than expected. Having the laundry was an added bonus for us who were visiting for a baseball tournament. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good and so easy to make better

This was most everything we wanted/needed for our visit to the Destin beaches. The condo is relatively small but was plenty big enough for my wife and me. We were notified a day before we arrived that beach towels weren't included but since we drove down from Iowa, it was too late to grab ours...we ended up buying a couple down there. Seems odd to me that you have a beach side condo and don't have 4 beach towels available. The chair and umbrella service was nice and we utilized every day. There seemed to be a possibility of "reserving" spots but never figured that out. Another easy fix would be having a kitchen rag and hand towel available...if they were there we never located them. The final "easy fix" I would recommend is having a portable cooler available to use...a much appreciated benefit for days spent on the beach. Bernadette was very helpful and responsive when we had questions/issues which was MUCH appreciated.

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo, super clean & wonderful host!! Had everything we needed except ceiling fan over couch didn’t work. Overall great weekend getaway and definitely will return! Pool was hot but temperatures are excessive right now. A little hike to beach but beautiful view from balcony.

Beach Vacation

The owner was very very helpful before our trip. My dad had some unexpected back surgery before our trip and ended up needing a wheel chair and walker. The owner was gracious enough to have the cleaning crew measure doorways for us. The room was nice and clean. It was also not overly cluttered by furniture. My dad travels with his own sleeping chair so it was nice to be able to set that up without rearranging the entire condo. He was able to zip around the room no problem. The bed slept great! We have stayed in marvilla several times but this was our first time in this room. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Stay at the Beach

The condo is very clean. It is a short walk to the beach but the view is wonderful! The private beach was great to walk to and have an umbrella with chairs already set up.

Birthday trip

Very relaxing stay

The condo was as described and very clean. The beach was literally across the street with very comfy umbrellas and lounge chairs and crystal clear water! My only constructive criticism would be to put a Roku or fire stick in the main room for movies when the weather is crummy out or when relaxing after a day at the beach. But other than that easy fix, it was a wonderful stay with a VERY responsive hostess.

This condo is wonderful! Clean, close to the ocean, restaurants and shopping. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The best part is I was allowed to bring my dog. Highly recommend this condo for a Mirmar Beach vacation.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was close to the beach and it was very clean and well kept. The beach was beautiful and private. The owner called to check on us during our stay which was very nice. There were 2 glitches. First, VRBO gave us the wrong code for the gate entry. After 30 minutes of addressing that we couldn’t get into the property, a kind resident happened to pull up behind us and gave us the correct code. The keypad on the condo door was very tricky to open. We could not open it for about 5 minutes after a 6 hour trip, and it was dark outside when we got there and had to see. All told, it was a very nice experience and we would consider going again.

Look no further!

Maravilla and the condo were great! Not a far walk at all to/from the beach. Everything was clean, easy, and convenient. As others have mentioned, if you want your complimentary beach chairs o be in a “prime” location you do have to wait it line( ~0700), but we were up early anyways so it all worked out! Definitely would recommend and so, so happy we were able to take our dog.

Left a day early. The Condo was very unclean. My allergies made it impossible to stay any longer.

The window coverings were extremely dusty and inoperable. I had to turn the blinds manually and they were black with dirt. Kitchen countertops were black when I wipe them down. Dead bugs, cotton balls, used q tips on the floor, found roach poop in the bed. I’ve never felt so grossed out. I just couldn’t stay the last night. The Gulf was beautiful as usual but it was hard to enjoy due to not being able to relax in the dirty Condo. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want my stay to be interrupted by housekeeping and that would have stirred up the dust more. However I still left housekeeping a $20 hoping it would inspire them. I’ve never cut a vacation short before, very disappointed.

Maravilla

Overall nice place. Small issues that bothered us. Great easy walk to the beach! Loved our time at the beach! Ate great food. Ate more local than tourist places this time. This was our 4th trip to Destin/Santa Rosa. We’ll definitely be back to visit! We love the white sands and emerald green water. Unfortunately this trip we dealt with the “June grass” but it didn’t damper our time.

Since we really like the area, we bought our first Maravilla condo in 2007, a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit.We were able to enjoy this for our personal use and let others enjoy it also through VRBO. Through the years, we had guests looking for a smaller unit and we could not accommodate their needs. Fortunately, this unit came up for sale in 2012 and we loved the location. It is convenient and has a nice view of the water from the balcony. Now, we can offer our guests a choice of a 3 bedroom or a 1 bedroom unit or both for large families vacationing together.
