About This Property
Lillian's Upstairs offers bright, comfortable island living with ocean views, cooling breezes, and a spacious upper deck overlooking Green Turtle Cay. This welcoming second-floor residence features two king bedrooms, two private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open living area designed for relaxing after a day exploring the island.

Located in a convenient mid-island setting, you're just a short golf cart ride from New Plymouth, Gillam Bay, beaches, marinas, restaurants, and local attractions. The quiet neighborhood and spacious deck provide the perfect balance of accessibility and relaxation.

Sleeping Arrangements
The home accommodates up to six guests with:

Queen sleeper sofa in the living area

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, dishwasher, coffee makers, cookware, dishes, and utensils for easy meal preparation during your stay.

Kitchen island seating accommodates four guests, while the expansive upper deck offers additional outdoor dining and lounge seating with beautiful ocean views and island breezes.

Upstairs Serenity

Lilian’s is a great place t stay in a great location! It is across the street from the beach, but as the add says… you can see it from the top deck.

Great House!

House was beautifully decorated and restored! Easy check in with the caretaker Steph. If you’re not technically savvy the tv’s were a little hard to navigate. We would definitely stay again.

Lillian’s Bungalow

Lillian’s is as beautiful as ever and located in our favorite place in the Bahamas.. the owners worked extremely hard to bring it back to its full potential and then some after Dorian. It is located across from the beach where we woke up to dolphins jumping on one of our vacation days. The host is readily available and helpful if you have not visited the island before.

Amazing Rental!!

My family loved Lillian’s! We were so impressed and comfortable here. The oceanview from the deck and interior was icing on the cake that we enjoyed every single day. This place would be worth renting just for the deck. The inside is very well laid out, extremely clean (basically brand new) and has a lot of amenities (especially the kitchen). The walk to a beautiful, quiet and mostly sandy beach is approximately 1-5 minutes depending on where you enter. Town is easy to get to (approximately 1.5 miles). It’s very convenient with a decently stocked convenient store and a spirits store right within walking distance. So grateful to have been able to stay at Lillian’s, highly recommend!

Wonderful accommodations at a central location between town and marina. The home is clean and very well kept with many upgrades we weren’t expecting to find. While we didn’t use them, it was great to see a kitchen so well outfitted with appliances we will keep in mind for our next trip. Repeat…without question! I’d also highly recommend enjoying a casual breakfast at SeaGrapes, sandwiches were great! Thank you for a great stay on Green Turtle Cay. Looking forward to our next visit.

We very much enjoyed staying at Lillian's bungalow’s. The property was perfect for us. We were able to see and hear the ocean from the huge and very comfortable front porch. It is a very short walk to the beach and not too far from town. The home itself had everything you could imagine you would need for the perfect vacation!We were very pleased with the Beautiful accommodations! Thank you Stephanie.

Wonderful house

There were 5 of us on our girls trip and this house was wonderful. The accommodations were even better than expected. The beds were so comfortable and the bedrooms were huge. There were plenty of soft towels in each bathroom. We really had all the comforts of home. Both kitchens were well stocked and the refrigerators were huge. Our host, Jennifer, was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She kept checking in to see if everything was ok and met us at the ferry dock to make sure we got to the house ok and then showed us how everything worked in the house. She was wonderful. We weren’t on the beach directly, but just steps away. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the top floor. We just loved this place as well as GTC.
