Gorgeous, updated beach house with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths steps away from the beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters of the amazing Grayton Beach. Our home is newly renovated/furnished with a large, heated saltwater swimming pool and is within walking distance of multiple bars and restaurants.

The comfortable, remodeled beach home provides a one of a kind floor plan that allows for kids and parents to have their own space. Relax in the large living room or porch and have the kids play in the bonus room with a TV for movies and a TV for gaming. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining room. Lots of room for everybody!

The house features 3 large porches, one on each level. Enjoy beautiful views of the gulf and the rolling sand dunes of Grayton Beach from the upper porch. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths - 2 br & 2 baths on the main floor and 2 br and 2 baths on the second floor. The home comfortably sleeps 12 with a (maximum of 8 adults) with 2 kings, 2 fulls, 2 sets of twin bunks and a LoveSactional that may be converted to a queen bed.

There is no better place than Sea La Vie to gather with family and friends and make beautiful memories. Please join us for an amazing vacation!

*** All renters MUST be 25 years of age and an occupant in the home during your stay

* Saturday to Saturday (7-day) rentals only from March through August, unless approved by management.

* October - April the pool may be heated at the request of the guest for an additional $200 for a 1 week stay.
*The Pool Heater requires 24 hours to reach the desired temperature of 83 degrees.
*Please let us know prior to your stay if you would like the pool heated and we will add to your reservation.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea La Via! The home was comfortable, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was amazing and the perfect size for our group of 10. One of our favorite parts of each day was enjoying coffee on the upper balcony in the mornings. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and the large dining table easily seated our entire group, making meals together easy and enjoyable.The kids especially loved the bunk beds and had a blast playing ping pong. Sea La Via was a fantastic place for our family vacation, and we would happily stay here again!

Such a great week at Sea La Vie! Ronee was super helpful with all of the things, which included being very gracious with 2 different itinerary changes on my part. Very communicative and helpful. We also received the most impressive welcome basket I’ve ever seen on arrival! The house was clean, as advertised on vrbo, and well appointed with all the necessary items plus some (kitchen necessities, extra blankets, great stock of kitchen items that saved us from buying too much at the grocery store). The house is a short walk to the beach and plenty of high quality beach items are provided for use (beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc). It was a great week at the beach!

Great location with easy access to the beach. Beach chairs and provided towels were appreciated (less to pack!!). Beach itself was gorgeous clear water with plenty of space. The pool area was nice too as was the outdoor shower. Enjoyed the view of the dunes and a peak of the ocean from the top deck. The ping pong table was a nice break from the sun. The house was well equipped with items for day to day needs. Communication with Ronee was excellent leading up to the trip and during. Very responsive to the small issue that was handled promptly. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at the house. The house was accurately described in the listing. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the pool was great. We had a 2 year old and the pool shelf was great for him. The owner directly communicated with us prior to arrival and during our stay. We highly recommend the house.

Absolute perfection—amazing pool, great location, and incredible hosts!We had a phenomenal stay at this house! The description was absolutely spot on, and the property was immaculate upon arrival. It was just the four of us, but the layout is so spacious it could have easily accommodated another family of four without anyone feeling crowded. The kids absolutely loved having their own separate play area with two TVs, and we all spent evenings on the top deck watching the incredible sunsets.The pool was a massive hit, especially on the rainy days when we couldn't go out. When the weather was nice, the walk to the beach entrance was an easy 2–3 minute walk at most.To top it all off, the host was fantastic—super communicative both before and during our stay to ensure everything was perfect. They even welcomed us with a wonderful gift basket full of treats and drinks, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need, including spices and oil. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here, no complaints. We had an issue with the AC one afternoon and the host was able to get someone there to fix it by the time we got back from dinner that evening!

Great stay in Grayton Beach

Loved the location! Our family loved the pool and the location. The house has everything we needed and the host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. Also, loved sitting on the top deck watching the sunset.

Outstanding house in Grayton Beach!

Great location, amazing house and pool. The house was perfect for our family. The owners went out of their way to make sure everything was as expected and it felt more welcoming than a typical vacation rental. Would highly recommend!

Great Property

We loved our stay here. The house was within short range walking distance to the beach. We the pool was great for hot days where we didn’t want to carry all our gear to the beach. The house had basic spices and cooking supplies, laundry detergent pods, cleaning supplies, beach towels, beach gear. Host was very communicative.

Beautiful beach house in a great location

This beach house is beautifully maintained with great space for large or multiple families of all ages. Grayton offers beautiful beaches, good food and a low key atmosphere. Property is owned by gracious host house is well stocked with everything you need. We hope to return.

Perfect Grayton Beach Get-Away

Large, roomy, well decorated and well maintained. Perfect family sized get-away, convenient, but away from the chaos that South Walton has become due to it’s obsession with over building. Short walk to an uncrowded beach. New pool and scenic decks make for a wonder stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect house

This was a beautiful perfect house for the family! A ten minute walk to beach! Pool was awesome for having small children! It was well shaded in afternoon! We really enjoyed our time here in Grayton Beach

Lovely quiet beach

Great location in quiet picturesque Grayton Beach. Truly a brief walk to beach entrance. Sand is white sugar and water was crystal blue and perfect with exception of the two days after a storm and a couple of jellyfish encounters. Host goes above and beyond with providing amenities.

Perfection at the beach

The house is amazing and so is the location. The owners have thought of just about everything you will need from beach chairs to kitchen equipment! Everything was super clean and decorated in lovely blues and greens. It’s the best beach house we’ve ever stayed in and the location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach!

Excellent Rental Experience

All the reviews are correct, this is an exceptional rental property and owner in Grayton Beach. We found everything to be as described. The location was perfect. The pool was great. Ronee even delivered amazing weather for our family vacation. Book this one, you won't be disappointed.

Perfect House

We loved this property! The close proximity the vast, not crowded beach and the pool were my kiddos favorites. The house was beautifully decorated and Kay was great to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone! Grayton Beach is so laid back yet you are so close to the busier beach towns along 30a if want to go in for shopping and eating!

Hi there and thank you for your interest in our home!

For our family, the beach is our happy place. When COVID hit, it was a wake up call to pursue our passion and purchase a home in a great beach town. Life is too short, and we wanted to find a place to relax and make great memories with our family.

Our family of 4 bought the property in 2021 from the amazing previous owners, Kay and Anan. As we quickly learned....in Grayton, the beaches are beautiful...but the people and laid back town make it the perfect vacation spot. We've been up and down the coasts of Florida, and we finally found the town for us. You absolutely need to give Grayton a try!

Our goal is make this house feel like a home away from home for our family and yours. Time is precious and spending it with family and friends in Grayton is the ultimate for us. We are here to make your trip as comfortable and smooth as possible. We want each and every guest to have a great experience in our home and come back every year!

SEA LA VIE IS VERY VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH! It is very spacious, clean, very comfortable and has a great feel to it. You will want to come back every year.
