This spacious and cozy home was completed in 2017. Classic Four Square design with all the modern features and finishes. It's in premium location just 1 mile from 12th South’s best area restaurants, 3 Miles to the Gulch, and a little over 4 miles to the “nightlife” downtown.... A quick Uber/Lyft away from most everything in Nashville. If you’re craving a Honky Tonk Night out on Broadway in Downtown , going to some of the best restaurants in Nashville in the Gulch or 12th South, walking to a park just around the corner, or perhaps visiting Music Row, checking out Vanderbilt or Belmont University, or going to a PREDS or TITANS game , this is your place to experience Nashville and relax.

This 4,000 square foot home is very roomy and comfortably sleeps 12. There is a large primary bedroom and guest room downstairs, as well as 3 BR's up in addition to built in bunks. The house includes two "hang out/TV" areas inside (downstairs and upstairs) as well as a dedicated dining room. The residence has 4 BR's , a Flex Room, and 4 Full Baths. There are 2 king sized beds, 4 queens, and 2 twin bunks.

This custom home is very well laid out, finishes are high end and the location is great. 10 -15 min from airport , 2 minutes away from great restaurants, and much more. Close to Green Hills, 12th South, 8th Ave., Downtown, Gulch, and Historic Franklin is 25 min way.

Our extended family appreciated this centrally located, large home. We didn’t have any issues and the host was very responsive. It was a great jumping off point for exploring Nashville with a big group!

We had another wonderful stay. It was close to Lipscomb University plus all entertainment. We will look to stay here again for next time in Nashville!!

This is a lovely home. I say home because that is how it felt. The house was immaculate, and the decor beautiful. The host was extremely responsive for things as simple as "Where are some trash bags?" The home is spacious and is in a great location. It was perfect for our family for a weekend in Nashville. The only negative I would have is the driveway situation. We had two large SUVs and it was difficult to park and maneuver in and out of the driveway. Smaller cars will not have as much of a problem. There is someone living in the apartment over the garage so you have to be sure not to block him in. Overall, a great stay. We will definitely try to book for our next trip to Nashville.

Amazing house in an amazing city!!

Our family gathered in Nashville for a wedding and this house was the perfect! Great location, porches to hang out on, quiet neighborhood and all the extras you would ever need. Highly recommend!!!

The house was beautiful & perfect for what we needed. A couple of drawbacks, contacted the owner via message through VRBO the day before checkin with a question about checkin time - no response, sent another message the morning of - no response, finally received a response after sending a text message a little later. We had a fire alarm with a battery issue that continued to go off for the two days we were there even after the owner changed the battery. It was very frustrating and annoying. And the parking for a house rented to 12 guests. The 3 parking space limit listed online is actually 2 spaces. It is very tight parking. We also didn’t know the suggested additional parking is not conveniently close. Otherwise the house was great.

Graduation at Lipscomb

We found the property very comfortable for our extended family. The house was just perfect! The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and close to the university, restaurants in 12 South and music/bars in downtown. We all look forward to visiting again soon.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was great and the home was beautiful and comfortable. Mike went above and beyond. He was welcoming and very helpful. We will certainly stay here again in the future.

Graduation celebration

Was nice to have a large house that the extended family could all stay in together for son's college graduation. Two bedrooms on the main floor was a plus for the grandparents. From booking to check in to check out, all went smoothly.

June visit

Home was specious and exactly what we needed for a group of 8. Our flight was very early and the owners were kind enough to meet us there and let us drop our luggage off. The next time I come to Nashville I will stay here again.

Women’s Retreat

This house is beautiful with a fabulous roomy layout, all the amenities and conveniently located in 12 South. We walked to great restaurants and coffee shops and spent lots of time on the amazing porches. We will be back, Nashville did not disappoint.

Great house; very very clean; beautiful decor; host was super responsive to our questions; the house accommodated our group of 5 couples extremely well. Minor minor comment regarding the 4 out of 5 on the “online representation” is that the photo used a wide angle lense so we didn’t recognize the house upon arrival. Not a big deal at all. Great find and would stay there again.

Incredible House!

The house was super clean, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The house is in a convenient, safe neighborhood. We had a wonderful time. The owner was quick to respond to questions and checkin and checkout was easy. The owner was able to even accommodate a special request. This is one of the best Vrbo rentals I have ever stayed in.

Great House!

House was spacious, clean and had all of the upgrades. Master bedroom shower was amazing. Loved the open design for everyone to just hang out. Parking was tight with 2 full size pick ups and a standard sedan but manageable. Would definitely recommend!

Bachelorette Weekend

The house was stunning and much larger than the pictures showed. We were a group of 9 and could not have been more comfortable. The house was stocked well and we felt like we were at home! The location was perfect. A short drive or walk to 12 South and a very short drive to Broadway. I will stay here again when I am in Nashville.

The home is newer, being built in the last few years and has all the amenities one would expect from a luxury home. There is multiple spaces for groups to hang out, yet it's designed to allow for privacy for couples or individuals. The location is fantastic being in a relatively quiet neighborhood that's very close to the "hot spots" of Nashville.
