Very comfortable! My sisters, all 8 of us were able to enjoy this house for a long weekend! The beds and bathrooms were perfect! Enough seating in the living room and dining room for all if us!

We went to Nashville to watch Philadelphia Eagles play & enjoy the town. Excellent spot to stay with Farmers Market around the corner & its a quick Uber to Downtown music. The place was so spacious, clean & had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend for a big group. Host was also so accommodating with checkin & checkout!!

This is a beautiful spacious house just outside of downtown. Perfect for large groups to gather and close enough to all the fun that you can split up and regroup throughout the day. Plenty of comfy cozy places to hang out and catch up or watch TV. The host is attentive and the place was spotless! The provided water was so appreciated. We are definitely coming back!

If there were additional outlets for cell phones in the bedrooms it would prove helpful. Also, in the one bedroom with a sink, if there were a light there it would be wonderful.Communicate with host was awesome and very timely.

We stayed at the house with 12 ladies for 4 nights. The host was super responsive to any questions, and even let the early arrivals in well before check in.We had 2 cars, and there is plenty of room to park 3 cars. We used Lyft/Uber to get to Broadway and the Grand Ole Opry. Broadway is a quick 10 minute ride.Many of the ladies took walks to the Farmer's Market and surrounding area.There is a CVS within walking distance, and a quick drive to Publix for food and supplies.There were plenty of comfortable beds and bedding. And, enough towels and toilet paper, which we really appreciated!The kitchen had all the appliances needed, and the extra fridge for beer and drinks was awesome. We all fit at the large dining table, which was the late night hangout for games.Overall, a great stay. We would stay there again, if ever in town.

The house was perfect for our group of 9. We had 3 couples and 3 solos. There was plenty of room for gathering and visiting. And of course plenty of room for separation when one just needs a break. Beds were comfortable. Communication from host was spot on. Quiet. For a group of 9 we didn’t hear anyone who stayed up late nor did we hear the early risers. Quiet house. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient location. It can be a challenge to please 9 travelers, but everyone was so pleased with our accommodations. We’ll be back!

Was a great house for our group. Gave us plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hangout. Quick ride to broadway and the farmer market was very cool and a short walk. Definitely recommend.

Everything was exactly has described. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. If we are fortunate enough to get back to Nashville we would absolutely rebook.

The house was amazing! We booked it for my Bachelorette trip, there was 8 of us girls and we all felt right at home. The host was amazing and was easily able to be contacted throughout the stay. Will definitely book again!

The home was perfect for our family getaway! Plenty of space for all, nice big table we could gather at, and walking distance or a short Uber ride to Broadway, Farmers Market, and more! Communication with Emily was outstanding! We’ll definitely be back!

Our five night stay was fantastic for our ten family members. We rented a car but we found using App drivers most convenient for all of our activities, the house is a five minute ride to Downtown.

Emily responded to all my questions immediately. She was kind enough to stock our fridge with water bottles and a few beverages which was very much appreciated after our long drive to Nashville. Everyone loved the house and all the amenities. The cotton sheets were fabulous and beds were all comfortable. The massage chair was a great addition. Thank you soo much.
