Steps to the Beach, Affordable w/Free Parking

Our second-floor unit is spacious with vaulted ceilings and an air-condition unit in the living area. The condo is a one bedroom that is equipped with all you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a tropical setting. We have free Wi-Fi , 2 wall hung LCD TV's, a 60" LCD smart wi-fi tv & Blu-ray player in the living room & a 42" LCD TV in the bedroom with an Apple TV streaming device. Sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people with a queen size bed, dressers, and a walk-in closet in the bedroom and the living room has a convertible queen-size sofa bed. The unit also features a full-size kitchen with dishwasher, 4 burner stove, full size fridge & microwave. The spacious private lanai has a garden view and a table that seats 4. We provide 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sandcastle building toys for the kids, beach towels & a cooler. Our condo is located in North Kihei across the street from Kalepolepo Beach park and the whale foundation center. The beach has calm shallow waters and is perfect for watching the sun set over the neighboring islands of Kahoolawe, Molokini and Lanai. Sugar beach is about 1000' feet away and is the longest stretch of beach on Maui, perfect for long walks or nice jogs, fishing or sunbathing.

The property also features a large quiet swimming pool, hot tub, and gas barbecues.
The quiet pool with a covered seating area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tropical island breezes after a full day of sightseeing or shopping. Shops and restaurants are close by and you will not run out of things to do with all the activity options Maui offers.

Our condo is professionally cleaned before and after each visitor. Check in and check out is done with no person-to-person contact. Our cleaners follow hotel industry standards.

Amazing condo in a beautiful, convenient location! We really enjoyed the snorkels and boogie boards provided on the lanai, as well as the well-stocked kitchen. The community hot tub and pool were excellent as well. The condo was very clean when we arrived, and the check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and easy. It really was just steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

We got to the condo to find out that there was only 1 window unit for the whole condo and it wasn't turned on when we got there. It was so hot we spent 80 to buy a fan and then had to call the management company 3 or 4 times to get them to bring additional fans. The dryer would just stop at times. The ceiling fans brought no relief as they barely moved on High. They're were ants in the bathroom. Also we found out that we really couldn't smoke on the property which was not disclosed in the listing. The cable TV is extremely hard to figure out, they even have 2 full pages just trying to explain it. It could also use some repairs to the door stop and a couple other things in the condo. They sent an email a day or two before we were supposed to check in saying that there is a bathroom outside of our unit but on condo grounds that required a code to get in but that didn't exist. Pool and hot tub weren't always the cleanest either. This property also has no beach view.

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your stay. Our ad does say the following "Our second-floor unit is spacious with vaulted ceilings and an air-condition unit in the living area." There is no mention of any other air conditioning. The air conditioning unit should be turned off when no one is in the unit. With the ceiling fans running and windows and lanai door open the condo does get a nice breeze flowing through it. Not sure what is going on with the dryer but we will look into that. It is very unusual to have ants in the bathroom the unit is sprayed for ants and other bugs on a regular basis. Our add does mention "smoking not permitted" under the House Rules and this is very common for accommodations in Maui. The pool bathroom is located at the north end of building C and it does require a code to access it. There are also showers located there. Our condo is across the street from the beach, and we do not advertise that we have a view. Our ad states the following: The spacious private lanai has a garden view and a table that seats 4. We provide 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sandcastle building toys for the kids, beach towels & a cooler. We do our best to keep our rental prices very competitive so more folks can enjoy Maui and all it has to offer. Mahalo

Nice Condo! Just wish they would have warned me about the road closures and the dirt from the mudslide. The condo was clean and had all I needed. The fan in the bedroom didn’t work and the dryer only worked twice before it broke again. It was nice and quiet. May want to check the AC. It seemed to be running constantly and I kept it at 72 or higher. Anyway, it was a nice vacation rental and I appreciate you letting me rent it!!

It was a great place to stay in Maui. It was away from the busy area in Kihea and across the street from a small beach. Only issue was finding the unit in the evening because of the lighting. We were able to see the sunrise from the bedroom window then walk across to see the sunset!

The condo complex was quiet, with a nice hot tub/pool area. It is a short drive to public beaches with lifeguards and restaurants. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay!

Quiet, safe, great location!

The property and unit was clean and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the condo met or exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again. Easy checkin process and parking was plentiful. Great for couples and small families.

The property is conveniently located with one block to the beach and marine research center. We had everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom doesn't have an A/C so we kept the door open to let living room AC provide some cool air.

Tropical getaway

The property and location were great. We were close to almost everything and having the beach literally out the front door was fantastic. The only miss was not having a broom to sweep up and the dishwasher didn’t work. Overall a great place and a great location!!

Great property, easy checkout!

Loved the room and location! It was close to many of the beaches in Kihei. Parking was easy to find. We appreciated the snorkeling and beach equipment available for us. Checkout list was easy to follow.
