Aloha, Our studio condo is very cozy and clean! It sleeps up to 4 with a cal. king bed and a queen size futon. The pool, hot tub, tennis courts and bbq grills are all very close by. Located across the street is Kalepolepo Park, which has great beach access and the grassy lawn is a perfect place for a picnic. We are within walking distance of two restaurants; Monsoon, an excellent Indian restaurant and Isana, a great fish and sushi place. Our 2nd floor balcony is the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee and end your day experiencing some of Maui’s amazing sunsets. We offer keyless entry, free unassigned parking and free WiFi.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was exactly as advertised-a studio condo. We didn’t cook (hey it was vacation!) but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. King bed was super comfortable. The view was great-the ocean was visible across the road. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. No complicated check-out list! Would definitely recommend!

Well equipped studio. Very comfortable bed and couch for relaxing. Location was great, as was access to the pool. It can be very noisy since it is located facing the main road but with the AC running, it was not a problem. The patio does face the road. Can’t really see the ocean well since it is blocked by buildings but you are at the water in about 3 minutes walking. Would stay here again!

This was our family’s second time staying and we loved it, again! The space is clean and has everything you need to enjoy a Maui vacation and the Kīhei location is wonderful.The host provides beach chairs, towels, umbrella and also tennis rackets and balls for the court. We used them all!The location was a perfect home base - allowing easy travel to the different beach areas and only 20-25 minutes from the airport.The easy walk to beach was a great way to end the day watching the sunset and spotting little turtles in the waves.I would definitely recommend this place!

The AC was not functioning and was not being fixed till day we were leaving. Was only giving very short notice of this Laundry was not available in building due to recent floods. Had to walk to laundry mat 2 kms away.

Had a great experience staying at this Vrbo. It was immaculately clean when we arrived, had a nice kitchen set up, a comfortable bed, and the hot tub was really relaxing. It was a great location - close to beautiful beaches and was well stocked with beach chairs and beach towels. We enjoyed using the bbq several nights as well. The host was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

A great condo apartment for a week-long stay in central Maui! Very comfortable, modern and clean. The room has a nice balcony with a view of the sea. Conveniently located with good connection to anywhere on the island. Worth recommending every bit!

Wonderful stay in a great location

My partner and I loved our time at this Vrbo. The apartment was clean and in a wonderful location in Kihei. The beach across the street was beautiful and the complex was well-kept with great amenities. We would definitely stay again!

Hot tub was warm. Serious problems with lock on main door and screen door. Locked out 4 times. Street noise. Host had nice amenities like beach chairs etc. Good value once the lock problem is fixed.

Aloha I am sorry you had such trouble with the door code. I reset it as soon as I knew you were having trouble. As far as the screen door a screw feel out, and that has been fixed as well. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you during your travels.

This apartment has a great view and it's in front of the beach. It had everything we needed for our stay. The complex has a swimming pool and a hot tub that we really enjoyed. Laura was a great host, always available. We would definitely stay here again!

Laura’s apartment had everything you need for a nice stay: a cooler, snorkeling gear, chairs, sun umbrellas… In addition, it was very easy to park and the beach across the street was great - quiet and with turtles. Would repeat.
