The Kihei Kai Nani Resort is a popular, long established, South Maui vacation destination located in a fine area. Our Deluxe 1-bedroom condo has a beach and ocean view. The interior is 621 sq.ft. and the lanai is an additional 100 sq. ft. We are located near the very exclusive resorts in Wailea, yet, our prices are reasonable. Our condo is steps from Kamaole Beach II where you can swim and snorkel. In addition, the Kihei Kai Nani Resort has one of the largest swimming pools in South Maui. Our condo is recently remodeled with WIFI, air conditioning, and two new TVs. We are located on the second floor of Building 1 close to the beach. Our condo has a large lanai where you can watch all the beach activity including incredible sunsets. Maintained to our standards (we use it ourselves), our condo features a new California King bed in the master suite and has been recently remodeled with new appliances. Enhance your Maui vacation with an ocean view accomodation in a great neighborhood at a great price. Sleeps up to four at the same price with no reservation fee.

The Kihei Kai Nani is a resort complex set on six acres of tropical gardens in sunny South Kihei near Wailea. It is located on the South side of Maui about 9-miles/20 minutes from the airport. Kihei Kai Nani is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach II, one of Maui's finest swimming beaches with lifeguards. The snorkeling is also great off the point between Kamaole Beaches II and III. The Kai Nani is located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Walk to everything. Major shopping destinations (COSTCO, Safeway, Foodland, Longs) are a short drive away. This is a great neighborhood.

The complex has a 60-ft. swimming pool, a large laundry facility, and free off-street parking. Gas BBQs and picnic tables are located throughout the complex. There is a large raised wood pavilion and deck area where you can host your own gathering. The unit is stocked with beach chairs and children’s beach toys.

Come to Maui and swim, fish, surf, sail, shop, golf, bike 38-miles down Haleakala Volcano, snorkel. Visit the historic whaling town of Lahaina and take the scenic road to undeveloped Hana. See humpback whales off the Kamaole beaches during the winter season.

Our host Susan kept checking in to make sure we were ok as Hurricane LaLa came through around the time we were staying. Much appreciated. No problems with condo as all our needs were met for our stay. From plenty of towels to ability to cook our own meals. Will definitely stay again. Mahalo Susan!

This guest commented that our condo has a great location but that the furniture needs replacing. I reached out to her asking to please clarify her comment about which furniture and she wrote back that the couch and chair seats "sink and are very uncomfortable." Since her comments I have had a professional furniture restorer look at the couch and chair seat cushions and he agreed that the 3 cushion cores on the couch seats and the cushion core on the chair have broken down/are worn outs and they need to be replaced. Thus, I have done that and now the couch and chair cushions are like new. I am glad that the problem could be fixed as I really like the authentic HI furniture. Respectfully, Susan Davis, owner

The unit was as advertised. Great location across the street from Kam II Beach. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the lights at first, but we figured it out. We left an item behind and the manager was GREAT about getting it returned to us!

Great location! Can’t complain about being across the street from the beach! However the unit could use new carpet and A/C in the bedroom. Host was very accommodating about a late check out. Good communication from host and she had several good suggestions for food.

Owner's response: I am glad that this guest commented that our condo is in a great location and that she had good communication with me, the host. Regarding the carpet in the bedroom, after her stay I had a carpet cleaner do a deep cleaning and he rejuvenated the carpet and stated the carpet looks great, giving me his opinion that the carpet doesn't need to be replaced at this time. Regarding installing an AC unit in the bedroom, our AOAO doesn't allow outside AC units (AC units which hang outside the window) and are more efficient, as our bedroom louvered/large windows face a grassed area with trees and shrubs. There is a good ceiling fan in the BR along with two tower fans. The AC unit is in the living area, again with a good ceiling fan, tower fan, and patio doors leading to the lanai and ocean breeze. We loved the location of the condo. Just steps away from Kam 2 and lots of easy parking. The condo had great beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella which is always nice.

Me and my two friends stayed here for 7 days, and everything was perfect. The room has a beautiful view on the beach, and the room is equipped with everything we needed and more. Our host Susan was easy to contact and quickly replied to any questions we had.
