We had a great overall stay. The property was nice, the beds were extremely comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet. And it was easy getting anywhere with the great location. I will definitely book this again for my next stay in town.

This was the second time we have stayed at this property, and it was clean and welcoming as usual. It is so nice to have such a relaxing place to stay while we attend appointments at Mayo Clinic.

Really comfortable, nicely remodeled, and it was just six blocks from the Mayo! Ten times as much space as a hotel room for less money! Plus you can park your car in a garage just a few feet away from the house. Food, parking, and hotels are really expensive downtown. This is a much better option. Thanks.

Yes, everything was there and it was a warm inviting feeling during our stay. Wonderful neighborhood and close to the Mayo Clinic and Downtown. Would surely stay again.

Great stay, close to Mayo Clinic

We were so glad to be in the VRBO after a longDrive. The beds are so comfortable and has black out curtains. This property is so clean and tidy. Will stay here again when we come back to Mayo this fall.

I was there for almost a month and, while there were some things lacking, on balance I recommend this property. First, the furnishings are very comfortable. Being able to use the garage would be a real plus during snow season. The street is quiet as is the neighborhood. The walk to the Mayo campus is a little more than 1/2 mile

Lovely little Bungalow

Staying here was so easy, and comfy! Traffic was simple to get to Mayo. And the owner was so very helpful and plesant!

Lovely home

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners could not have been more accommodating, and the house had everything we needed for our short 4 night stay. I would definitely stay again if we come back to Rochester.

Super comfortable home near Mayo Clinic !

Great home within walking distance to Mayo. Lots of little touches that made it such a comfortable stay. Linens and towels are top-notch, great kitchen to cook in, and even has a beautiful backyard patio to sit out and enjoy.

Perfect house for our visit

We spent 6 nights while visiting Mayo. House was clean, comfortable beds, great linens (super fluffy bath towels) and well stocked kitchen. Close enough to walk to Mayo, which we did on several occasions. We enjoyed the back porch and fish pond too.

Peaceful

The house meets all your needs for comfort and ease of living away from home. The garden setting and koi pond with it’s waterfall were tranquil and calming for sure after many Mayo visits.

Mayo Civic Center Stay

Great, convenient location with just a 10-15 minute walk to the MCC and just driving minutes from Rochester's woonderful variety of restsurants. While the house is an older one, it has been updated very nicely and provided us a pleasant 3-night stay. Our host was top-notch, responsive

Cozy

Have had to come up to Mayo twice for appointments and stayed here both times. Place makes you feel at home very comfortable and cozy. Large kitchen plenty of space. Bed is amazing and cozy. Host was easy to communicate with and very nice.

Quiet retreat!

We loved our stay. It was quiet and comfortable and had everything we could have needed. Beds were great, kitchen was great. My husband loved the recliner to relax in between trips to the Mayo this week. Convenient, clean, and spacious. We appreciated a slightly later check out to accommodate the last appointment. Thanks for a great stay!

Comfy home

Stayed here for our time at Mayo Clinic. We appreciated the garage especially since there was a small snow storm. House was very neat, tidy , cosy & they offered coffee & water & while we did not utilize they also offer beer & wine for a nominal fee. We appreciated all the comforts of home away from home & bed was very comfortable as well. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay again.

Mayo Clonic

The place was perfect for us. Super clean and had everything we needed. The master bedroom was very comfortable. I loved the sheets, pillows and black out curtains. Slept very well there. The location was much more convenient to than expected. It’s within easy walking distance to the clinic. Thanks for a great stay.
