We had a great stay. We loved the house, it’s older and well maintained. I also love the policy of sharing with others your extras. Property was easy to get to, comfortable beds, furniture and quiet. A bunny family even likes to stay in the backyard- everyday we would look to see if the bunnies were out playing.

After long days at Mayo, nice to return to this warm and cozy house where furnishings felt like home. Very convenient to all things Mayo, walking distance to St. Mary's campus. Communiations with host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this property is spot on! It's perfectly staged with charm and sophistication and is so welcoming. Right down to the Aveda hand soap at the sinks and shampoo and conditioner in the shower! This house is a great place to land while in Rochester! The location couldn't be easier and it's quiet and cozy inside! I will book this on my next trip to MN for sure!

I stayed at this really cute house while my sister had surgery at Mayo/St Mary’s. It was perfect. I was able to walk to the hospital everyday and didn’t need to worry about parking. It was just a couple of blocks away from a really nice walking path and it felt nice coming back from the hospital to a home versus a hotel. We spent 8 days there in all and I would totally recommend this house:)

Great location and comfortable house

Tim was amazing to work with and provided a great home to stay in. The location was perfect with walking distance to downtown. The listing was just as advertised and a wonderful spot to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us—only about two blocks from St. Mary’s Hospital, where my husband was having surgery, which made a stressful time much easier. It was also very convenient to local stores and restaurants. My mother-in-law especially loved being so close to the Canadian Honker and enjoyed going there for coffee and breakfast every morning!The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. When we needed to extend our stay, they made the process incredibly easy and allowed us to do so without any fuss, which we greatly appreciated.We would happily stay here again if we were in Rochester for an extended period. The only thing I would mention for future guests is that the home’s only bathroom is located on the second floor. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it could be difficult for someone with mobility limitations.Overall, a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay, especially for families needing to be close to St. Mary’s Hospital.

This property holds a special place for us. It's our first home and we lived here for 5 years. It has been a traditional rental property for the last 20 years. We almost sold it but decided to bring it back to its original beauty and charm and share it with the visitors of this city that we love.

This home is in a great location. You can see St. Mary's Hospital from the house and it's a very short walk. It's also a short 10-to-15-minute walk to Mayo Clinic downtown. It offers a comfortable and relaxing escape in a beautiful older home with the original charm. It's close to coffee shops, many restaurants and several grocery stores. It's a short walk to a walking trail.
