Location was great easy to find and park. Nice short 10-15min walk to appts at Mayo building. House was very nice inside and very comfortable.

Great place for respite during long clinic stays

Recently had a close family member go through a long stay at St Mary's. This place was such a wonderful break from long days, so comfortable and relaxing...it was very nice. And only a 5-10 minute walk.

Great Location and Comfortable Home

The house was perfect for our visit to the Mayo Clinic. We were 5 minutes driving to the Methodist Campus. The house was super comfortable and accommodated all our needs. The host was super responsive and helpful when we had questions. We would stay here again if we ever come back.

A very warm and welcoming Christmas

The house is beautiful. Everything we needed was there and we had a wonderful time. Coffee shop nearby and a great neighborhood to walk around. It was decorated for Christmas and we all had a very festive one after a very tough year for our family. Thank you!

Exceptional place

One of the best places we have stayed at. Very clean and an excellent location with an easy flat walk to the Mayo Clinic. The owners have thought of all the little details and we felt very comfortable in their home. We loved the Christmas decor. Felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. Highly recommend this place. Wonderfully restored home!

Check in was very easy! Owners very accomodating with our stay. I had heart surgery house accaomodated my spouse and 2 grown children. Lovely attached porpatio on back of house, suprelaxing but yet very vlose thst

Clean, comfortable and close commute

Enjoyed 3 nights at this lovely home as my husband recovered from sugery at Mayo. The beds and all the living room furniture was exceedingly comfortable. The host responded immediately to any questions. The hospital is a quick walk, but here's a bonus: Starbucks is a mere two minute walk from the home. I highly recommend this experience of staying in this cozy home away from home.

Feels like home

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in and for sure the cleanest. This home is lovely, decorated beautifully and supplied with everything we needed. We had several appointments at St. Mary’s Hospital and the Mayo/Gonda buildings. This home was conveniently located between the two and walkable to both.. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby and off-street parking. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We’ll stay here again.

Great house at a great price

Everything was really nice, be aware that the only bathroom is upstairs but if that’s not a problem, I’d highly recommend this place for it’s amenities, charm and distance to both Mayo campuses.

Cozy

When looking for a place to stay we wanted a place that felt like home. Having multiple appointments at the Mayo over many days is very tiring, and coming back to a place that feels warm and welcoming makes the trip all that much easier. This home was just that. Cozy, clean, welcoming, and a wonderful place to stay. The owners were great at communicating and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking here again next time we are in Rochester.

My name is Tim. My spouse and I have two dogs and two cats (they haven't been in this house). We currently live in Minneapolis and run a hair salon. I also work as a lab tech part time in St. Paul. When we are not working, we enjoy spending time at the cabin and traveling (especially NYC).

This property holds a special place for us. It's our first home and we lived here for 5 years. It has been a traditional rental property for the last 20 years. We almost sold it but decided to bring it back to its original beauty and charm and share it with the visitors of this city that we love.

It offers a comfortable and relaxing escape in a beautiful older home with the original charm. It's close to coffee shops, many restaurants and several grocery stores. It's a short walk to a walking trail.
