Cottage on the canal

3 bed 2 bath and 1 car garage on the canal. Close to Ana Maria Island beaches, IMG Academy and shopping. Newly renovated inside and out. Large master bedroom has a king size bed along with a full bedroom set and a desk. The two spare rooms have a queen size bed also with full bedroom sets. All bedrooms have tv’s in them.
Outside has a screened in heated swimming pool and covered Lani. The dock is 30 feet in length and also has a floating dock. Also on premise are two adult and one child kayak. Will to rent monthly, week or short time lease. Please email jrwmer@

Winter break getaway

We had a wonderful time. The house was like the photos online. The heated pool was so nice. We enjoyed sitting on the deck by the canal. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We were only there 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely go back again.

Family Relaxation

The property is everything as described and more. Very clean with all the essentials both in the kitchen and around the house. The pool was clean and enjoyed by everyone. The back area was a bonus with the tiki hut and canal. We had a blast fishing and watching boats go by. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. We will be sure to stay again on our next trip to the area.

Our winter getaway

This place was great the heated swimming pool the family had a great time. Very convenient to all the restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Week

Visited family that lives on the island and this was a perfect place to stay! It was quiet, clean and relaxing. It was close enough to the island without being in all the traffic. Communication with owners was easy and attentive. We will definitely stay here again!

Exceptional

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament in the area. The home was immaculate and beautiful. The 3 bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean and updated and come with bath towels. The outside in the backyard is amazing. There’s even an outside kitchen and a lot of seating. The owner was so nice and flexible. I hope to get back for an actual vacation!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time staying at this VRBO. The house is spotless, extremely well stocked and had everything we needed! The kayaks were great fun and we loved the heated pool. The owner was quick to respond to messages. Would absolutely stay here again!

Comfortable and cute

The property is comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked, the bikes and kayaks were a great bonus! We would happily stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. A few little things cake up but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our stay. The pool was so great. We spent many hours floating in warmth. Traffic is crazy there but we just took it in stride and enjoyed our time.

Great space, clean with good amenities

Great house with great shared spaces and good sized bedrooms. Location is perfect if you’re bringing your boat. Close to the Gulf Pass, sand bars, fishing spot, and restaurants. The pool is crystal clear and a great way to end the day after being out in the salt water all day. Would stay here again 100%

Perfect Stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Cottage on the Canal!! Everything was exactly as described and pictured (actually, it was better in person!!), and we will definitely be booking again for all of our stays in this area! Maureen was super helpful, quick to respond, and wonderful to rent from (we didn’t have any issues, just wanting to mention how great she was!). Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home!!

Awesome! Highly recommend.

This home was perfect for us, well kept, very clean, and well stocked. Fished for hours right off the dock. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Such a comfortable relaxing home, you are able to isolate, enjoy some peace and quiet, yet not far from restaurants and other conveniences. If you like to fish and relax. Stay here you won't be sorry.

A nice getaway

The house was in perfect conditions!! It was well equipped with everything we needed! The property itself is pretty big where you can enjoy the pool but also have a nice patio area where you can sit and enjoy the sunset. Big enough dock for our boat and there’s a boat ramp really close by to the house which is a big plus!!!

Great House!

This house was even better than the photos! The house is located in a safe neighborhood, was very clean and had a cute beach theme. The owner was very accommodating too. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool and kayaking the canals! I would stay here again! ❤️
