Cottage on the canal

3 bed 2 bath and 1 car garage on the canal. Close to Ana Maria Island beaches, IMG Academy and shopping. Newly renovated inside and out. Large master bedroom has a king size bed along with a full bedroom set and a desk. The two spare rooms have a queen size bed also with full bedroom sets. All bedrooms have tv’s in them.
Outside has a screened in heated swimming pool and covered Lani. The dock is 30 feet in length and also has a floating dock. Also on premise are two adult and one child kayak. Will to rent monthly, week or short time lease. Please email jrwmer@

Short vacation

Got away for a few days of fishing. Enough room for a bay boat and flats boat to dock. Very clean and had everything we needed

Excellent Hosts and Location

This home is beautifully furnished in a quiet canal neighborhood. Great place to stay with a boat for a few nights on land, with Anna Maria close by for beach, restaurants and shopping. 10/10

Getaway

Caught Speckled Sea Trout easily from the dock. Great location near Palma Sola Bay. Was able to use the kayaks to fish the bay.Thank You!

Winter break getaway

We had a wonderful time. The house was like the photos online. The heated pool was so nice. We enjoyed sitting on the deck by the canal. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We were only there 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely go back again.

Our winter getaway

This place was great the heated swimming pool the family had a great time. Very convenient to all the restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay there again.

Photos do not do this place justice. It is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean! The host was quick to respond to any questions and was very kind. The property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood that we felt comfortable walking our dog in late at night. We spent a lot of time in one of the cleanest pools we’ve ever seen. I’m not sure if it was heated, but the temp was always perfect. The pool lights worked so we got to enjoy night swimming. There was plenty of room on the dock for our boat and the driveway has both a U shape and a straight area that was perfect for parking the boat trailer. The tiki hut by the canal was something we didn’t know we needed in our life, but relaxing under the tiki hut with our morning coffee quickly became a daily routine. The couches and beds were super comfortable and there were ample towels and appliances. We truly felt like it was our home away from home!

Family Relaxation

The property is everything as described and more. Very clean with all the essentials both in the kitchen and around the house. The pool was clean and enjoyed by everyone. The back area was a bonus with the tiki hut and canal. We had a blast fishing and watching boats go by. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. We will be sure to stay again on our next trip to the area.

Great Week

Visited family that lives on the island and this was a perfect place to stay! It was quiet, clean and relaxing. It was close enough to the island without being in all the traffic. Communication with owners was easy and attentive. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time staying at this VRBO. The house is spotless, extremely well stocked and had everything we needed! The kayaks were great fun and we loved the heated pool. The owner was quick to respond to messages. Would absolutely stay here again!
