Excellent communication from management. Great location facing Shipwreck beach! Only suggestion would be to remove the really stiff spring arm on the front door.............waaaaay too much tension to open the door with your hands full or with little kids.

condo time

The condo was in as beautiful a setting as one could wish for. A bit noisy as we were on the ground floor and many passers by. Appliances are rather old and screens fell off windows a few times. Otherwise it was perfect.

View to Die For

Gorgeous comfortable condo! Has washer and dryer and we’ll appointed kitchen for cooking. Recommend!

Poipu Sands Ocean Front

A beautiful location, watch the sun rise every morning and the stars at night. The unit is dated , and continuous maintenance while we were here. Full sun in am and very hot, by 10:00 am the sun is blocked by the overhang. Very poor hot water in master shower. Rooms are large. NO AC when trade winds stop can get uncomfortable but there are ceiling and floor fans( get noisy) back bedroom gets very humid and hot. Many screens missing or broken on the louvered windows. Nice kitchen but microwave is broken and no sharp knives. The walking trail from shipwrecks to Poipu is 10 steps away the location is wonderful with a large green belt in front and you see the beach and waves at shipwrecks without any obstruction.

What a View!

The place has some quirks to it like the main shower faucet is reversed (hot is cold), the dryer worked off and on, the front door is super heavy to open, and the screen door in the back is a bit hard to open. But you’ve got to see this view!! It’s pretty incredible.

Truly stunning oceanfront

We absolutely loved the location of this property! Everything was perfect! The master bedroom was lovely and the kitchen was stocked well with housewares. We would stay there again in a heart beat!
