Great condo. Location was wonderful, we were able to walk to shops & restaurants. Used the pool a lot. We would definitely return here.

This was such a great property. It does not have AC. The breeze coming off the ocean is lovely. One thing I wondered is if there are fans. The answer is yes. Each room has a fan. This property had everything we need dishes, pans, toaster, dish soap, rags and towels, etc. A bathroom in each room is awesome. The parking and property were beautiful. The pool is awesome. The instructions were clear. The lanai was used often and we loved it. We will absolutely stay here again and honestly can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view was stunning, overlooking Koloa Landing where we could watch eagle rays and sea turtles swimming right from the property. The location was perfect—close to great beaches (our favorite was Sheraton Beach) and just a short drive to the charming town of Koloa with shops and restaurants.The unit itself was a great size for our family of four and had everything we needed. Our favorite part was definitely the deck, which looked out over both the pool and the ocean—such a relaxing spot to start and end the day. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.Overall, this was the perfect home base for our Kauai trip, and we’d love to stay again!
