You’re also just a short shuttle ride to downtown Breckenridge where you’ll find fantastic shopping, dining and entertainment. This is an ideal location for your family or group. They’ll love it, and they’ll love you for finding it!

This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is the perfect mountain retreat for families or groups of up to eight people. As you walk in, you’ll be welcomed by a beautiful living area with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a stunning river rock gas fireplace with massive Smart TV above it. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and seating for six people at the dining table with room for two more at the counter. The attached deck has great mountain views as well as a table and chairs to relax on and enjoy the views.

And, you’ll love having access to the complex hot tub and the Upper Village Pool! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a one-car garage, and a washer/dryer in the unit. The place was exactly as listed in the photos and very clean with all the amenities needed, and walking distance from the lift. Would definitely stay again.

The management company was very responsive. Just a couple minor issues which were taken care of. Convenient to the lift, hot tub at the off site location was great! Overall good stay.

Great stay!

Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for skiing and getting in and out of town. Will stay again if ever back in Breck!!!

Nice neighborhood & location

Summit Mountain has always been good to rent from. Condo was clean, had everything we needed. Great location & steps to the bus stop to go anywhere in town. Would definitly stay again

Great launchpad for family stay

We spent time walking, talking and playing games. The location afforded us a great launchpad for all of these, including time in downtown Breckenridge.

Property is accessible to snowflake lift via a flat skiable trail just across from the main driveway. Home is well appointed and comfortable.

Great location for summer or winter. Off the main drag, so more privacy, but easy walk to all the action. Bus stop in front of property. Loved the balcony. Didn’t use the hot tub or pool, but nice perk. Good communication with host. Would book again.

Beautiful property, nice amenities, close walk to snowflake lift and easy to return at the end of the day. Bathrooms could use a refresher. Great deal outside of peak season!

Fantastic Property

Awesome vacation in a very comfortable home. Used the hot tub and grill most nights. The covered back deck was amazing all times of the day with plenty of shade and sites to see. The house has all the amenities you could want and definitely plan to Vacation here again.

Family ski trip

Excellent location. Easy walk to Snowflake or Beaver Run. Great rooms that were comfortable for two adults and three 18 year olds. Kitchen is small but that’s fine since we were skiing all day. We loved the warmed floors in the garage! Excellent communication.

Los Pinos Perfection

We loved staying at this condo during our Christmas trip to Breckenridge. It was a great space for our family of 4 adults. The space was super cozy, well equipped and great location within walking distance to Snowflake lift, ski rentals, and a 5-minute drive to downtown. This condo unit allows for a couple of hot tub options as well after a long day on the slopes. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this lovely place and will definitely consider staying her again.
