Magical, renovated Victorian is perfect for beach time w/friends & family. Sleeps 10-12. You are renting the entire two family home- The first floor private apartment is perfect for people who have a harder time with stairs, or just want more privacy with the group. There is a queen bedroom and pull out sofa in this unit along with full, bath, LR, BR, DR and basement washer dryer. Second floor features separate Living Room, kitchen, full bathroom & large bedroom w/Queen bed. Third floor offers 3 more Bedrooms (one Queen & two with day beds that pull out to 2 singles or a full), full bathroom, washer & dryer laundry room & fantastic back deck. 4th BR also acts as den with TV (streaming & DVDs) plus Fridge.
There are 5 TVs in the house. Upgraded FIOS package, DVD library, wifi etc.
6 Beach Badges Included with rental plus umbrellas, beach chairs and beach carts.
This house has a fantastic backyard with Weber grills and a rooftop deck perfect for happy hour. Newly Installed Central AC & Split systems for 2024!
WHY THIS PROPERTY? . The house has been extensively renovated for modern living and still offers Victorian authenticity . We are 3 blocks to the beach (5 minutes-I have timed it) right near the new pier, snack shack and bathrooms.. We offer a beach cart, chairs and umbrellas. We are at the wider part of the street so you can double park to unload without blocking traffic. We are up enough from beach and north side to make parking a bit more available but still 5 minute walk to beach and Main Street. 10 minute walk into Asbury bars, restaurants etc. Also we are adjacent to block of St Pauls Church which has a whole entire street with no houses, which means better odds for parking.
UNIQUE BENEFITS:
We are on Webb Ave. Near new pier. You can go the beach directly on the left of the pier, which allows boogie boards and rafts (plus snack shack) or you can go the beach directly on the right for a "swimming only" beach. This way you don't have to walk blocks and blocks to get a beach experience you all want. Beach bathrooms and showers are all right here too.

Charming 2-family home

Well-appointed, comfortable and charming. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Lovely street, close to, but not on top of, the busy area of Main Street. Very much recommend.

Great stay in a fabulous location

Laura's house was wonderful. The two units felt cohesive together and we enjoyed our time as a large group of adults. The space is tight for 12 adults (which Laura was very up front about), but it was no big deal because we were out and about all day. The house is so close to the ocean, to Ocean Grove's cute main street, and to nearby Asbury Park. It is rare to have such a walkable vacation home close to the ocean. We loved not having to use our cars. Laura was easy to work with and very flexible. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house in Ocean Grove

Laura is an excellent landlord and communicates extremely well. Her house is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities one could want. She has thought of everything and communicates thoroughly making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location

Easy walk to the beach and the home had all the amenities. The owner was extremely responsive and took extra care to ensure the cleanliness of the units.

My husband and I live in Monmouth County about half hour away. We fell in love with Ocean Grove during our frequent day trips to the area. We are so excited to own our "labor of love" and are constantly updating things while at the same time retaining the beautiful Victorian details like hinges and doorknobs to make your experience here truly special.

You are getting two houses in one. Great for extended families or families sharing a rental. The house has been extensively renovated in Unit 2 for modern convenience and comfort yet unit 1 in law suite still offers Victorian authenticity with original pocket doors, floors, and farm sink. But great news-we renovated the bathroom!
