Hello and thanks for looking at our property. We have a newly renovated one bedroom, one-bathroom unit that is located on the third floor with a great view. We are located in a very nice and quiet family oriented Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach. The unit is oceanfront and just steps away from the ocean with a private beach access trail.
Windy Hill beach is within walking distance to Barefoot Landing with plenty of shopping and lots of restaurants. It is just a short drive to most Myrtle Beach attractions and many great golf courses.

The unit sleeps 5: Beds include: 1 Queen in the master bedroom, 1 small Twin XL in the hallway and a new Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We have just completely Renovated and Redecorated this condo (2025) New paint, flooring, kitchen countertop, Oven, Microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, Twin mattress and Couch.

The unit offers 2 TV's. One in the living room and one in the Master bedroom, cable throughout. Wireless internet access included.
A fully equipped kitchen includes, standard drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, silverware, glasses, pots and pans and all the necessities for preparing meals. (Paper towels not provided).
Dining table seats 2 plus a 3-seated breakfast bar area.
There is a washer and dryer also in the unit so that when you return home from vacation you don't have to spend all day washing clothes.

Swimming pool is located just below the balcony. It has plenty of seating around the pool and large sun deck.
There are 2 picnic tables, outdoor grill and 2 convenient onsite parking space per unit. (The pool is closed from around September/Labor Day to May/Memorial Day depending on weather. This is controlled by the HOA not the owners).
Additional parking is located just down the street.
We hope that this unit provides you with all the necessities needed to make your beach vacation as comfortable as being in your own home.

*No trailers are permitted to be kept on the premises.
*No pets allowed by renters**however Association allows homeowner pets. The owner has 2 dogs that frequent the property. Unit is thoroughly cleaned after each use.

Nice property if you do not like steps do not rent this room. We knew there were steps when we rented so not a complaint more of a caution. if you have knee problems don't rent the stairs are brutal. Also not much room in the kitchen to keep things for a long stay and lack of pots and pans makes it difficult. Overall great place and a great view.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the home didn’t fully meet your expectations. Regarding the pots and pans, we provide what we feel is a reasonable selection for a vacation rental and enough to comfortably prepare meals during a week-long stay. While it certainly isn’t stocked like a restaurant or a fully equipped commercial kitchen, we have had guests stay for two months who specifically commented on how well the kitchen was stocked and had no issues. We also want to address the steps, since you mentioned them in your review. We make it very clear in the property description that the home requires navigating quite a few steps. This is specifically disclosed so guests with mobility concerns can determine beforehand whether the property is a good fit for their needs. We genuinely hate that we weren’t able to meet your expectations, especially when the items mentioned are things that are clearly disclosed or, in our opinion, reasonable for a vacation rental. We work hard to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests, so receiving a 3-star rating over a few pots and the number of steps was certainly disappointing. That said, we appreciate you staying with us and taking the time to share your feedback. We hope your next stay is a better fit and meets all of your expectations.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is updated and well decorated with a great use of space. The bed was comfortable. It was just what we needed for our short trip close to family.

Property was clean and perfect for what we needed. The only down side is there is no elevator and we were on the top floor. Makes it difficult carrying up groceries or anything heavy. All in all, I would do it again, just maybe get the first floor

Owning a place at the beach has been a dream of ours since we met and we were finally blessed to be able to turn a dream into reality in March of 2018. We looked at several locations but this unit was the one that stood out to us. It is such a quiet community that is also very close to everything you need to have an amazing vacation. Now we want to share it with others so that you may enjoy it as much as we do.

Whether its waking up in the morning drinking coffee on the balcony, eating breakfast at the table or sitting on the couch you'll have amazing view at either one. We hope that our place will make you feel at home and not at a standard hotel. Another perk about our place is that we are in a quiet area, less crowded beach, near Barefoot Landing.We regularly check on our condo, doing deep cleaning and maintenance.
