First floor with walkout to the beachfront pool deck plus the largest floor plan in the building make this unit a unique find! You will love the upgrades and additions of this gulf front unit. There are king beds in the both guest suites as well as the master! Custom made extra long bunk beds in the bunk room which sleeps 4. Fireplace with mantle in the living area. HDTV's in every room!

If you like convenience, this is the unit for you...This is a ground floor, beachfront, corner unit that is directly off the pool/hot tub deck. Enjoy the ease of not having to take an elevator up to your unit or lug your beach items all over the building. This floor plan is open and spacious. The Kitchen/Dining/Living Area is the perfect place for entertaining and gathering for family vacations with plenty of seating. Windows in the Dining and Living Area allow for great natural light. Access the large balcony through the sliding glass doors from the living area and the master bedroom.

*BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The master bedroom is very spacious and separated from the other bedrooms. It boasts a king bed, it's own full bath with two vanities, large walk in shower and balcony access.

The two guests suites both have king beds with their own adjoining full bathrooms (one with access also to the hall for bunk room guests to share) . This unit is also one of the few that has a separate bunk room with plenty of storage located off the main entry hall which sleeps 4 and contains 2 televisions- 1 of which is for gaming. Bring your gaming console and be ready to have fun!

*COMPLEX & AREA INFORMATION: Blue Lupine #111 (formerly the Inn at Blue Mountain Beach or known as Blue Mountain Beach Condo) is the perfect spot to get away from it all. Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A in Walton County, Florida, it's minutes from the Fort Walton and Panama City Beach Airports but worlds away from the crowds. Our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.

*AMENITIES: On site is an equipped fitness room, which has 3 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 cross-trainers/ellipticals, weight machines and free weights. High speed wireless internet access is available throughout the building. There is a community barbecue area with 2 gas grills and seating area on property. The pool and hot tub are gated and overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and also require keypad gated access for privacy. Nestled between the 2 gated non-rental housing communities, we enjoy a very private and quiet beach. On site Security is provided through gated access into covered parking for one vehicle with outside parking for additional vehicles and gated access. All 48 units in the 4 story building open into a 50 ft high tropical atrium with interior plants, large skylight, with sofas and chairs throughout. Beach chairs and umbrellas as well as paddle boards and kayaks are available on site in high season and can be arranged off season. We also provide our guests with six beach chairs and beach toys in box stored on the balcony. Bike rentals are also available right around the corner.

*Tents & canopies are not allowed on the beach, smaller sun shades for infants are permitted. This is to allow ample room for our owners & guests to enjoy our private beach

Our trip was absolutely wonderful! The condo was so convenient to the pool and ocean. We even watched the dolphins one morning. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We could totally recommend this condo.

Beach + pool was perfect combo
We really enjoyed our stay and had everything we could need. The access to the heated pool and beach without having to take the elevator was perfect and meant we could enjoy even more time outside. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable. The linens and pillows/blankets were super comfortable as well. There are several restaurants and stores/bakery/ice cream that are all within walking distance. Any noise from other units was minimal. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo for family vacation!
Condo is beautifully decorated and has just about everything you could need for a week at the beach including beach chairs (if you choose not to rent chairs) and beach toys on the patio. Being able to walk straight to the beach and pool from the patio without ever having to leave the room made things extremely easy for us with our 3 small children. Beds were comfy. Kitchen is pretty well equipped although we couldn’t find any oven mitts so we had to use dish towels which wasn’t a big deal. The only con was the floors could have been a little cleaner but everything else was great! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
