We loved staying here. Beach access was great, condo was roomy, the facilities were clean and quiet, and it was super easy access to restaurants and shopping. Our host was the best! We’ll definitely be back next year!

Amazing! Beautiful place

The location, the condo, the view was spectacular! It was clean, quiet (even during spring break) and was plenty big for our 4 kids and 4 adults. We would definitely come back here!

This is the property I have been looking for...

It is a smaller complex and sort of tucked away from some of the madness of 30A. The building was very nice and well maintained. Parking was no problem. The unit itself was lovely and had everything you could need. The beach access was easy and the beach chair set up was a plus. I'll be renting there again.

Wonderful spring break stay

Our family stayed here over spring break and it was fantastic. The condo was clean, spacious and in a perfect location. My kids especially enjoyed the heated pool since the ocean was still a little cold. The private beach with chair setup each morning was a plus. We would love to stay here again!

Host was amazing! Andree was very accommodating and kept us well informed. The condo was very clean and cozy! The views were breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back! The Blue Mountain beach area is so quaint with wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries near by.

The view is amazing! The condo was clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed our meals on the balcony watching the waves. We had great access to the beach. We felt safe and secure at the property. Will be returning for sure!

Beautiful condo

This is a beautiful beachfront condo. Nice furniture and very spacious. This complex is not overly crowded and in a great location on 30A. Andree is great to work with and very responsive.

Stress Free Vacation

Southern Hospitality offers the best customer service and properties along 30A. We have rented from them multiple times and have never been disappointed. We Happily give them the highest ratings.

Beautiful beach front property!

We enjoyed our stay in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo very much! Beautiful sunset views every night. Nice restaurants & cafes nearby. I would recommend this place for anyone & would return here with friends myself. Thank you very much!!

Our Happy Place

We had a few minor hiccups when we first got here, but Andree was on it quickly and took excellent care of us! The location is perfect. We will be back. This is 100% our happy place!

Comfortable, convenient stay with great amenities and location.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Mountain Beach condo unit 313. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The beach access was simple and convenient, and we really enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tub as well. One thing we especially appreciated was the thoughtful extras provided, like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and laundry supplies. Those little touches made a big difference and added to the overall convenience of our stay. The location is fantastic, with easy access to 30A and nearby Destin, while still feeling very safe and secure. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful 30 A

The property and condo were nice and clean. It would be beneficial for shorties like me to have something that could help reach the laundry in the deep well of the washer. Overall we enjoyed it and would certainly come back.

Thankful on Thanksgiving

The property was perfect for our Thanksgiving away from home. Our family met in Blue Mountain for a week-long stay and had plenty of space for our daughter, son in law, granddaughter, Pop Pop and Gigi. The views of the beach are exceptional. Golden hour was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to whip up a Thanksgiving meal. Communication from the owner was excellent. We were provided information about the building, amenities, and local area. This was our first trip to 30A and it did not disappoint.
