Amazing place to stay! Beautiful decorated, comfortable, and roomy condo. We loved the view of the beach from our bedroom and the 2nd floor balcony. Beach access was quick and easy. Communication with host was excellent. High recommend! We will definitely return to this unit in the future.

Nice 2nd floor condo on front corner of building. Overlooks pool area and beach. Condo association does not allow tents, but onsite umbrella and chair rentals are available (starter package of umbrella and 2 chairs part of rental price). Nicely furnished inside and balcony area.

Absolutely beautiful!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! The condo was clean, comfortable and had a great location. The host was responsive and so kind. Can’t wait to come back and stay!

We had an excellent time in Blue Mountain. It wasn’t our first time in the area and probably won’t be the last. The host was easily accessible and helpful. A sampling of Paradise!

Robin was so friendly and helpful and available! We did have some small issues that sometimes just happen, no fault of anyone. But Robin was prompt to address every concern. Beds were comfortable and the unit itself is very spacious. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The location is the magic of this unit, though. Beautiful patio for sunsets and sunrises, minimal crowds on the beach and close to all kinds of great food. Parking deck is very small and tight so large vehicles be prepared. I do like that it is covered and gated. Ice machine in garage was a big bonus!!! Lots of family games to enjoy as well. I enjoyed the beach service and the attendant (Sam) was great all week. Pool was maintained daily. Booked photo session with Jamie Rich Photography and was well worth the time and expense! Sunrise on this beach is beautiful for the best pictures.

Parking was great at first, then there was work being done in the parking garage, so we had to move the car out to the gravel parking area for 2-days. But this was out of the control of the tenants/owners.

One of the BEST spots we have stayed!!

We absolutely loved this property. This was the 3rd time we have stayed at the Blue Mountain Condos. This was by far the nicest place that we have stayed at. The property manager was great and easy to get a hold of when needed. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this condo!!

If I could gatekeep this listing, I would - but the owner is so nice, I just can’t do that! We have stayed at a lot of properties along 30a, but this is easily one of our favorites now. Amazing view, beautiful home, big balcony, clean property and grounds, comfy sofa and comfy beds - the works! Robin was committed to making sure that we had a great stay and was eager to do whatever was needed to ensure our comfort. It is directly over the pool, so if pool noise isn’t for you, keep that in mind, but even with it being a Spring Break stay, the noise was minimal and the beach wasn’t too crowded. We hope to come back very soon!

Wonderful time on 30a! Condo has spectacular views and is extremely spacious. Complex is spotless- grills are the best we have ever used at the beach, pool and common area are pristine!

Great location

This was our second trip to Santa Rosa area. We wanted beachfront and Robin's spacious condo did not disappoint. Plenty of room for everyone and certainly a place where we would stay again.

We Love This Place

We have stayed in this complex before and this was the best condo accommodations with the 3rd bathroom. The location and amenities are great! Pool and private beaches steps away. This condo was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. The host made renting, checking in and out so easy!
