Great Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn't have been nicer or better located.The dishwasher may need a little maintenance. It didn't appear to clean dishes well, but everything else was perfect.

Great location and views that can not be described! Construction next door was a turn off but wasn’t a huge distraction. Perfect for two people but would be a bit crowded with a third or fourth person. Free shuttle and gondola worked great to get downtown and back. Was perfect for our hiking, biking and downtown shopping for our 7 nights. We will look here first when we return.

Great Unit but Nearby Constuction

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo gets 5 stars for sure, but there's a major construction project nearby. The location of the condo is great, and the unit is fantastic with a very comfortable bed. The construction starts early at 7am, and the noise can be heard inside the condo. It looks like a major project that'll be ongoing for a few years.

OSH is a top notch resort in Breckenridge with access to optimal skiing. There is a great restaurant and bar onsite, and transportation available to all around Breckenridge.

Instructions were clear, condo was clean and we had a wonderful stay. The only issue was that they gave us only one room key; highly recommend that they provide 2 keys.

Great location

The unit is very clean and the location is very convenient. Keep in mind this unit faces the road and not the resort. We had an excellent stay!

Perfect location

Comfortable, clean and so convenient to lifts and slope. We made close to first chair every morning simply by walking out the condo onto the lifts.

Perfect Breck Getaway

We loved everything about this unit! The property was very well taken care of and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The steam shower was a wonderful surprise and was perfect after a long day of hiking and shopping. We cannot wait to come back again!

Disappointing stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was not disclosed that there is major construction of a new condo project on the immediately adjacent land. Every single morning, construction work began at 7 am and the beeping of large trucks backing up woke us up. We were never able to sleep in. The bed is hard as a rock and the fitted sheets aren't quite large enough so they slip off if you toss and turn very much. This was our second time to stay here and while we enjoyed it last year, we would not stay here again until after the construction work is complete in winter of 2027. Dryer went out as we were doing laundry so we had to travel home with damp clothes. Maintenance could not get there before we wanted to leave.

The most perfect location for a ski getaway. From warm garage parking (not that a car is needed), ski storage and valet, awesome hot tub with views of Rips Ride lift, it's all here. Resort has a simple restaurant plus a tiny market if you want to stay in. Attached to great Apres bar, rental shop and mountain shopping as well as coffee bars and more. I was thankful to stumble on this spot kind of last minute. Unit is cozy enough and all the amenities needed. Hosts instructions and communication were on point. *Maybe just be sure to pack toiletries (and toilet paper lol) if you're picky as the ones provided by the management company were very basic. Thank you for having us!

The plumbing fixtures needed maintained. For example there was no cold water in the master shower, the sink faucet spray wand only came out 6”, the guest shower floor drain was clogged. Way over priced for those kind of issues. The complex is great. This unit needs some better maintenance then will be a 4 star.

A week on peak 8

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience. PLUSES: location to ski lifts, accommodation space, amenities of resort, ample cookware. Only suggestion is to provide a vacuum, so we could have cleaned up during the week. Also, hot water in master shower takes a long time to get hot.
