Walk along the Riverwalk to concerts, shops, restaurants, 1 1/2 blocks to the Gondola, or catch the free shuttle bus out front!

Free heated garage parking and wifi, elevators, queen sleeper sofa and 55" flat screen t.v. in living room and another 40" flat screen t.v. in the bedroom with king-size bed, adjacent bath, and enjoy your coffee on the deck above the Blue River. Thank You for the accommodations! It was a very comfortable stay! And I loved the location. I'm a colorado native and I've been skiing Breck for years so I felt very comfortable here! It was great to use the 4 o'clock run! Thanks again! Oh by the way the toilet flapper leaks and needs to be replaced.

Excellent location!

Great location with shuttle stop right out front and 2 blocks from gondola. Can also take 4 o’clock run all the way down to front of complex! Easy walk to town and restaurants, and free parking!! The apartment has great amenities including laundry! Only downside was the noise from upstairs, sounded like kids playing a soccer match. Overall a great Breck spot!

Great location, great condo

Condo was great for 2 people. Bus to the resort is right outside, or you can walk 10 minutes. Super close to the bars and restaurants of Main St.

Perfect Location and Great Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo, it was so easy to jump on the shuttle bus to go directly to any Peak you want and to ski all the way back directly across from the resort. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, nicely updated furnishings and finishes. Very comfortable place to stay, would definitely revisit.

Location and convenience perfect for family of 4

Ski in, with ski valet at front desk. Down the street from everything, and an amazing host. Perfect long weekend getaway. We will be back. Thank you.

Great location

This property was well maintained and updated with all the needed amenities. Great location right at the bottom of 4 o’clock to town and an easy busy ride to peak 7 or 8. Host was proactive and the stay was exactly what we wanted.

Perfect location!

Easy access to Free Ride, Gondola and Main St. Ski home using 4 o'clock. Condo has balcony overlooking the river and Main St. Very clean and comfortable for family of 4. The host was very responsive to questions.

Amazing Location

Had an amazing stay with friends. The location of the condo was perfect to get to Main St and local attractions. Kim was amazing and responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out immediately upon arrival. The condo is clean, the pullout bed was fairly comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could need for a long weekend stay.

Mother Daughter Getaway

Made our annual trip to Breckenridge for a girls' weekend. It was terrific! The location is perfect for strolling downtown. Parking was super convenient in the garage. Nice to have laundry in the unit too! My only recommendation (and it's minor) is to put brighter bulbs in the bathroom! It's so dark! Otherwise, everything was great!

Cozy stay, perfect location

This property is wonderful! Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for us - just a street away from downtown, an easy walk from several trails, and the river path was just outside the door of the complex.

Breckenridge Get Away

We were in Breckenridge for a wedding. We wanted to be downtown for restaurants and shopping rather than staying at the wedding venue. The condo is perfectly located near restaurants and shopping. The river and Mountain View’s are incredible. The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean.

Fantastic location

This is my second time staying on this property and I really enjoy this adorable condo. It’s clean and cozy and just a short walk to all the great restaurants and stores in Breck. Plus you can hear the creek from the balcony, which is lovely.

Colorado Wedding Stay

The property was perfect! It was clean, cozy and the location was absolutely perfect! The ease of the check in and out process was great as well. It was spacious enough for us to be able to get ready for our wedding as well. We will be back!

Very nice! The location was great!

This updated small condo at River Mountain Lodge was great for my husband and I. The description was accurate, the location can't be beat. I appreciated all the updates and the very nice interiors. Tub was a bit slippery, maybe some strips would help! Mornings on the deck with coffee were fantastic! The sound of the river was soothing and watching the town wake up was fun to watch. Garbage trucks and some construction next door got us up early, but it was all good. We would consider this very clean, modern, well appointed place again for sure.

Great!

Loved the proximity to Main Street. Super comfortable place to stay. One note which I think is pretty typical of Breckenridge, there wasn’t any AC (or if there was there wasn’t any instructions for how to turn it on) so maybe bring a fan. But I loved the easy access to mainstreet and the river view.
