Beautiful West Cape May 4 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 9 with central air. Just a short walk to both the beach and Cape May Mall. Pet friendly (no cats). Bed linens and towels included in rental. Child gates and high chair as well as outlet covers options as well. This home is a weekly rental in season. Off Season rentals available also!

West Cape May is our best kept secret! Get more house for your money, large private yards, and less than a mile to our beautiful beaches. a $300 pet fee is applicable for each pet, sorry no cats allowed.

This property is a Saturday-Saturday rental. Rates are verified but not guarantied. Subject to change, please be aware of our cancellation policy. This property is managed by a NJ licensed real estate agent. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check in.

THIS IS A NONSMOKING RENTAL. Guest and Guest’s invitees agree not to smoke inside the property or on any decks or porches. If this rental property has any Common Areas shared with other units, Guest and Guest’s invitees agree not to smoke in the Common Areas.

This rental includes: Dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, and glassware; TOILETRIES ARE NOT PROVIDED.In the event of cancellation by the Guest, payments will be refunded only when the Property is re-rented at no loss to owner. 15% of such refund shall be deducted by Century 21 Gilmartin and Company as a cancellation fee. In the event the property is not re-booked, the tenant is responsible for the entirety of the lease.

Keys are to be picked up at the Office of Century 21 GIlmartin and Company between the hours of 2:00PM and 5:00PM on the day of check-in and returned to our office no later than 10:00AM on the day of check-out.

By booking online, Guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the above rules for Guests and terms of this Agreement as well as any additional requirements set forth by Century 21 Gilmartin and Company.

It was perfect for a grown family of four with a pet dog . Nice size yard , privacy and close to dog friendly beaches .

Loved it!

My family and friends had an amazing time revisiting Cape May. We loved the house! It was so homey with lots of space for 9 guests. We enjoyed the front porch and back porch. It was just the right walking distance for us to get to the Washington Mall to eat and shop. My adult daughters really liked the third floor bedroom and it's attic space charm. I enjoyed reading about the brief history of the house that the owners had written in the guest book. My family and I would definitely choose this lovely home again!

A cozy Thanksgiving

Cute house, quiet neighborhood. We were happy with our stay in West Cape May and enjoyed a low-key Thanksgiving. We had been hoping to find a small-ish place that would work for the three of us and and our dog, and this house was certainly it. I can see how it would easily suit a larger family, as there were plenty of beds to go around, as well as two full baths. We didn't even use the third floor space, but wow! What a great place for kids to make their own.

Perfect for family gathering

We had a great stay with family, ranging in age from 3-74. The house was spotless and very quiet, and had all the amenities one might want - cozy comfortable beds, books for all ages, games, a nice outdoor deck for hanging out and a large lawn for kids and dogs. The location was great- you can bike to all major attractions. With the weather being not so great for walking on the beach, we were happy to have such a lovely home to relax in. The kitchen was very well equipped. Wifi is very slow, as others have mentioned, but I’d definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great Stay in Cape May

Had a lovely time over Thanksgiving. The house was comfortable, warm, and very inviting. The hosts thought of everything we needed to make our stay a good one. The WiFi was very spotty but there’s nothing they can do to change that. The only thing I could suggest to the owners is that the bathtub needs to be caulked, and also needs a new shower curtain liner.

A really nice place, comfortable and convenient

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would like to rent the house again as it was very comfortable, clean, and well kept. We enjoyed the living space and there was plenty of space for our family. I would recommend an upgrade in the wifi as it was slow and spotty.

Charming Restored Victorian

Charming restored Victorian, clean as a whistle, perfect location for bike riding and dog walking. Air conditioning was welcomed! The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen had all the necessary items. We would return in a heartbeat.
