Relax in this charming 3 bedroom cottage, perfect for families or couples. The house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a sunroom. Just minutes from all activities : Delaware Bay beaches and world-class sunset, Town of Cape May, wineries, restaurants, walking distance to Harpoon restaurant. We do not rent to groups under the age of 25 for senior week or spring break. This is a quiet, family town. We are dog friendly house, we require your dog should be on flea and tick prevention treatment.
Pets are welcome! We have a fenced yard, perfect for your furry friends to run around when you’re chilling on the backyard.

This house was perfect for the 3 of us and our little dog, we all had a great time! The house is clean and beautifully decorated, as well as being centrally located to everything. Vladimir is very accommodating and is easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay here again!

Vladimir's home was beautiful, well maintained and extremely clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and so did our dog, Bella. There is a beautiful fenced in yard with multiple decks with sitting areas. Very close to the beach and dining. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy Cape May, NJ.

Everything was fantastic! It is a great place to stay and close to the beach and a short drive into town. We love Town Bank. Vladimir was so helpful and really great to work with on our stay. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay with our two dogs. The house was very clean and comfortable and was well-equipped with everything we needed during our time here. We were here around the holidays and appreciated the cute Christmas decorations. Would stay again!

Perfect location

We had a great week, house was clean, and perfect for our dog with a fenced yard, and a great location. Able to walk to the quietest beach at Cape May. Will certainly stay here again.

Relaxing weekend away

This was perfect for my husband and I and our dog could tag along. Neighborhood was quiet with things to do no more than 15-20 mins away. Great sunsets on the bay side and good local food and music at Harpoons.

Family getaway

The property was easy to find and close to the Delaware Bay, short drive to the point and ocean side. Everything was clean and extra items were provided for us to not have to pack and bring along!

Perfect weekend getaway

Perfect house with plenty of space.. fenced in yard a plus for our dogs who never get to tag along on vacation.. close to beach to see sunset every evening, quiet neighborhood. Not a single complaint!

First vacation of summer

Summer Stay

House was tidy cozy. Short drive to the beaches, stores and anything we needed. Kids had alot of fun. If we needed anything, our host was willing to help and quick to reapond.

Great House

My family and I enjoyed this home very much. It was so peaceful and the fenced in yard was wonderful for our dog. The property owner was very responsive when asking any question.

Very neat snd clean

We enjoyed our stay very much. Vladimir proved everything we needed including beach badges. The house is convenient to everything and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog.

Home away from home

Great location, quiet neighborhood, about 10 minute drive to the beach. This house has all the amenities you could need and it is dog friendly which is a huge plus. Easy check in process & communication with the property manager as well. We would love to stay here again!

Beach Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The deck area and TV room was definitely a bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we wanted. Vladimir was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again!

Unfortunately my son got sick and we had to go home but the property owner could not have been more amazing to work with. The house was very clean and cozy!
