Welcome to A Paradise Inn G! This beautiful townhouse, located in the Summer Winds complex, offers the best of what Topsail has to offer! Extraordinary views of Topsail Island can be enjoyed from every level of the house while you spend your vacation enjoying all of the comforts of home. The property features three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, bonus sitting room, a community pool and ocean access just steps away!

The unique reverse floor plan will have you arriving on the main sleeping level of the home first. Up one flight of stairs you will arrive in a comfortable sitting area which serves as a great place to congregate before heading to bed. Access to a covered deck overlooking the Summer Wind’s pool area is located just off this room via glass French doors, making it easy to keep an eye on the action while you and your guests enjoy the neighborhood amenities. A flat-screen TV with DVD/VCR player is offered in this space as well as a sleeper sofa for extra bedtime options.

The first bedroom on this level offers a king size bed to cozy up in at the end of a perfect day on the beach. A TV with DVD player are provided to help you catch up on your shows at the end of the day. A private full bathroom is located en suite for convenient access.

On the opposite side of this level is the second bedroom. This room is a great spot for the kiddos, offering two twin size beds, TV and DVD player for kiddo friendly movies at the end of the day. This room also features a private full bathroom. All bedrooms in A Paradise Inn include ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable during the summer months.

Heading up the stairs to the main living level you will find a landing area which houses the laundry closet. A full size washer and dryer make keeping all those suits and towels fresh. A half bath is also located at this level for your convenience.

Continuing up you’ll arrive in the main living area. The spacious open floor plan offers the perfect base for entertaining and catching up with your group. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room offering plenty of seating for you and your guests to relax and enjoy a movie on the big flat screen TV. Take advantage of the wireless internet to keep you connected while away from home. (No work allowed) Access to the upper deck provides you with great views of Topsail and will let you lay out and work on your tan.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for mealtimes and entertaining. This large kitchen offers ample storage for tucking away groceries and snacks. A separate dining table is included so all of your guests can sit together to enjoy a meal and catch up on the days activities. This level has direct access to a poolside deck.

Opposite of the living room you will find the third bedroom in the home. This comfortable bedroom will serve as a tranquil getaway when you’re ready to call it a night. A large king size bed is provided and a television with DVD player will let you catch up on your shows before calling it a night. Like the rest of A Paradise Inn bedrooms, a ceiling fan is provided for extra comfort and a private full bathroom is provided.

Up one last flight of stairs you will find another landing, offering a convenient half bathroom, and then the loft area at the top. This additional sitting area gives you a bird’s eye view of all the action happening on the living level. You won’t miss a thing! A television with DVD player is located here along with a small table for card games. A sleeper sofa is offered for extra guests.
