This was a very nice place to stay. Very close beach access and hot tub! Also provided beach towels and chairs for us to use!! Definitely would stay again.

Host was absolutely amazing and made sure our trip was amazing! We ended up extending our stay and host was very prompt in helping us do that. House was very clean and everything we expected. Location was great we could walk to most places we wanted to go. My golden retriever enjoyed it as well as we did. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Nice quiet place with comfortable beds. Nice stock of shampoo in bathrooms. I would have liked to have more than two coffee mugs, a couple of ice trays in fridge, and the microwave handle was broken. Otherwise a nice getaway. Thank you!

Easy access to town & beach. Wonderful attached fenced-in yard for ease of letting dogs out. Clean rooms & wonderful open concept living/dining/kitchen area.

We enjoyed the Upper Deck unit. There were only 2 of us, plus one dog. Quiet dead-end street, and located within 2 miles of the Publix grocery store. Short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds, nice towels and linens.Very adequate for our needs. The photos of the property are accurate.

Clean property in the perfect location! We enjoyed our time in Surf City, and this home is in an ideal location. It’s close to restaurants and shops and 3rd row from the beach! The beach access is on the same road. The fenced in yard was perfect for our two beagles to stretch their legs and explore. Excellent and friendly communication from host during our stay.

The location of this property is perfect. Quiet street, quick walk to the beach with relatively easy beach access (especially compared to other spots), and great proximity to surf city. The house is exactly what you see in photos, simple (yes, a little dated) but clean. Beds are comfortable. Deck space is nice - the table and chairs were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out there at night. Very reasonable pet fees for dogs and the fenced in yard is great. We appreciated the pet bags on property, the extra kitchen items-trash bags, soap, spices and coffee filters- and the full propane tanks for the grill although, we did have to clean the grill in order to use it. The kitchen is stocked ok but there were only 3 coffee mugs - not ideal when you have 6 guests and no ice maker or ice trays, so purchase a bag of ice. The owner is super nice and very responsive - I enjoyed working with them!
