The living area features a spacious gathering area with a flat-screen TV and large eat-in kitchen. The master includes a king size bed, flat screen TV and private bath, two additional bedrooms (one queen and two queens); sleeping 8. The deck provides a great place to relax and enjoy the wildlife and watch the sunset.
This non-smoking vacation rental property includes 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, new washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, cleaning upon departure and a starter supply of paper products and detergents. Wedding weekend rental

The house was perfect for us as we attended wedding nearby on the beach. Convenient nice and very private on a small cul de sac - would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Kiawah Island Home

This home was clean, well stocked and conveniently located near beaches, stores and golf course. Communication with the owner was excellent. Was very spacious and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed

Great location. Clean. Good owner communication. Easy access. We brought bikes but they had more plus beach chairs and toys. Perfect stay for our family.

This property was even nicer than the pictures. This is at the beginning of the island so Freshfields and Bohicket are easily accessible.

Great weekend stay

We rented this house for a weekend wedding with some friends and it was perfect! It was a great location and the house was exactly as described. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean! Everyone was pleased. Very good communication also. We will definitely rent again.

Girls Trip

This home was the perfect location for a girls trip for my friends and I. The home itself is classically coastal and it was such an accommodating space. The living room had great seating so we all could sit comfortably and enjoy one another. The back deck sitting area was gorgeous as well. This was my first stay on Kiawah, and it was so enjoyable!! Only thing to note is that it is a decent drive into downtown, but it is such a nice calm community so it’s worth it.

Beautiful Getaway

The house was perfect in every way! We had 6 adults and plenty of room for all. The kitchen was spacious with access to the large deck from the sliding glass doors along the entire back side of the house overlooking the golf course and lake to the side. Very short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The host provided great suggestion from everything from restaurants to rentals. Loved it!!

Fantastic Spring visit to Kiawah

We had a great visit! The house is spacious and a very short bike ride from the beach. We highly recommend staying here. The only hang up was that the A/C did not work and was not repaired during our visit. The temps were in the low 80s and 70s and there were great breezes so we weren’t overly hot except for one or two nights.

The house was as described and very comfortable. Location is ideal and close to beach and Freshfield. The bicycles were appreciated. Only disappointment was the amenities. Very little soap in the bathrooms and we could not find dishwasher soap. Also was an issue in one of bathrooms and we could not find plunger.

Beautiful Beach House

We loved our time in Kiawah! This house is right on the golf course and a large pond (beautiful and serene). The neighborhood is quiet and the houses are staggered to be quite secluded. We loved biking and walking around the gated community; it is beautiful. We were able to walk to the grocery store and coffee shops for breakfast. The beach is very close, we opted to drive since we had our beach stuff we needed to tote with us. The beach is large and not over populated. At this time, they were building condos which was loud but we opted to walk down the beach to where it was more quiet to set up. There are bathrooms you can walk to from the beach. It’s about a 50 minute drive into Charleston, which we did for dinner each night.

Very Dirty

When we arrived we found the property had not been cleaned from the previous guests. We called housekeeping who was clearly overwhelmed but did send someone a couple of hours later. They shook off some things, stacked towels in the bathrooms and left. The feeling of disgust could not be overcome by any of us. This house was built in the late 70' early 80 and it being used to turnover guests. It's not clean, not useful and the owners should come stay in it and use the same amenities the guests have to use. Filthy furniture, dirty pans, dirty towels and to top it off you are not very close to the beach so don't let the photo fool you. I have photos of anyone wants to see them.

Property itself was fine. Well stocked kitchen and overlooks the golf course. My main problem was that the host gave us the wrong door code. Tried calling her at 2 different phone numbers and got VM both times. Luckily the property manager was very responsive and came over to help us gain entry within 30 minutes. I understand mistakes are made but I was very disappointed that the host never responded to my VM. A simple "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" would have satisfied me, but never heard from her.

Great Stay in Kiawah

First and foremost we had an OUTSTANDING time, just wish that we had more! We were a little late this year for spring break as our first vacation hit a snag and we had to regroup. Lucky for us, Joan was on the other side of the computer to make our 2019 Spring Break an overwhelming success! We have a family of 6 and the house, Kiawah and surrounding are were beautiful. Joan left nothing for you to bring or want. The best part of the trip, is that we were able to cook and grill out 3 nights of our stay. The Harris Tweeter has great prices on meat, seafood and a Cake Selection that is second to none. The golf course and deck are better than any explanation or review. You cannot review how it actually feels or plays. With all the additional things Kiawah has to offer, the 16,14,8 and 2 year old were all covered with activities. This property and owner are first class and we are thankful we were able to spend time in the beautiful home. My wife has decided that this property will go into our family vacation rotation! If you are looking for a place at Kiawah, this will not disappoint!!!!!!! Joan, Thanks again for the great weather and great time.
