37 years of coming and owning a peace of this beautiful island and it continues to nourish a piece of my soul. This home did the same thing. Thank you for sharing your special place with us and looking forward to returning soon. Very clean home and it was well equipped with everything needed.

Rented the property for a 6 person celebration of our 45th Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Anniversary! Our decision for this location was PERFECT. Kiawah Island alone is pure serenity. But the accommodations were the cherry on top! This is a beautiful, spacious, and well appointed property. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom including a half bath on the main level. AND SURPRISE! ....There's a luggage and grocery elevator for this 3 level home. It's located in a quiet easy to find location. Thankfully, I was able to connect with the property owner immediately when needed. This is a great spot for families, small groups, or multiple couples. We enjoyed our time there and have the pictures to prove it!!!! Thanks for the southern hospitality I love!

This property was perfect. Here for an incredible wedding and this house made the weekend even better. Loved the big bathrooms in each room, the TV room with a big comfy couch, the covered patio for morning coffee and elevator to help bring the luggage up. It was such a great location. Almost walking distance to the Sanctuary Hotel. 15 min drive to Ocean Course and the village with a market and shops. Beds were comfortable and lots of storage space. Felt special. 100%

Great place, quiet neighborhood, close to Sanctuary

Six of us stayed for a week (4 adults, two kids) and had a great time. Location was perfect near everything and place was as advertised. Nice touch was bathroom/shower in every bedroom… and a small lift for luggage to 3rd floor. Pool was nice and right next door and fairly secluded. Would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful chateau

We had a girls' family trip (with a 3-year-old in tow) and it was a lovely stay. The house is charming and quaint and exceeded our expectations.

Gorgeous home, great location!

This spot was perfect for golf, bike riding, and beach. Easy ride to Night Heron park and the pool there. The home is thoughtfully furnished and was a hit for our groups of 6.

Great Location

Very comfortable and well appointed house. Great location close tonTurtle Point Golf Club, the Sanctuary and the beach. Nice screened in porch and wonderful and quiet neighborhood pool that is very private.

Beautiful vacation, great home!

We love Kiawah Island & have been many times. 5530 Cypress Cottage was perfect for our family. It is beautiful, with all the comforts of home, nice kitchen amenities and a short bike ride to the beach. Thank you!

Well maintained house close to Turtle Point

Great property in really good condition. Community pool is next door and was great. Short walk/ride to beach and right next to Turtle Point golf course. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Place

No complaints here! We came down for the 1/2 Marathon and the house was a great place to kick back and relax after the race. Will definitely be back!
