Perfect Keys Location

We stayed here this past winter. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was great and 84 degrees. We loved the location , in a nice quiet neighborhood. Scott was a perfect property manager. We can’t wait to come back next winter.

Very Well Appointed

excellent rental, very well organized house, boat dock was a little small for our 27 foot hydra sport. excellent location for quick access to bay. overall very nice place and very responsive host.

Absolutely amazing!

From check in to check out, from the well stocked kitchen, luxurious bedding, decor, tiki bar downstairs to the relaxing HEATED POOL. My family can’t wait to return. And Billy was a complete pleasure to work with!

March Vacation

Very nice vacation spot, great access to water by boat and dock is set up nicely for fishermen. Beautiful pool area and we spent most of our time in the screened in bar area. Comfy beds, kitchen small but well equipped.

This is a fabulous vacation home. We enjoyed the month and will recommend to friends.

This house is exactly as described. We loved the pool, the bar, the outdoor shower and the location. We visited Key West several times and enjoyed the outdoor dining options around Little Torch Key. The nearby Wynn Dixie made cooking in an easy option too. The house is very well equipped with everything for fun and relaxation. We were visited by the Key Deer and a local Manatee. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet and felt bery safe. We would definitely rent again.

Awesome house and location

The house was beautiful and everything we needed was available. The overall location was ideal for access to the Gulf and Atlantic. Pool was as advertised and got plenty of use. The screened in lower level was an added feature that made our trip. No bugs and makes the houses useable space ample and comfortable. Ice machine rocked. Overall this was our best experience in seven years of renting in the Florida Keys.

Wonderful experience

Excellent location, very well furnished and supplied, really enjoyed the screened porches. The pool was very nice and we even had visits from the manatees at the dock! Kayaking the canals was relaxing and fun. We would definitely recommend, a great place to stay.

Absolute Perfection

This house exceeded all our expectations. Beautiful and large living room with a MASSIVE TV and beautiful high ceilings. The kitchen is large and has every possible cooking utensil you could dream of. The beds are more comfortable then a 5 star hotel, and the bedrooms are clean and lovely. And they have TONS of big soft towels, something many rental homes skimp on! The downstairs patio is perfect for hanging out and having a bbq, and the TVs are a fantastic bonus especially if you have kids. The pool and back deck are the epitome of keys living. We caught some big mangrove snapper right off our dock, and we were visited daily by a pair of beautiful nurse sharks! We stayed for a month and fell in love with this gem of a home. It’s also in the perfect location. Key West is a quick 30-40 min drive, and there are some wonderful restaurants right nearby like Tonios and Boondocks. It truly is everything you could want in a keys vacation home and then some! Also Bill and his house manager were extremely communicative and made sure our stay was exceptional. I hope to one day return this fantastic home!!
