This home will be professionally decorated and features all brand new furnishings and stainless steel appliances. You will absolutely love the open floor plan on the main living level and deck that overlooks the pool and tropical backyard. During you stay the most difficult decisions you'll have to make are should you relax and spend time at your private pool or walk over to the white sandy beaches? It's a tough life on Anna Maria Island!
This home can comfortably accommodate a group of 12 in beds-with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their privacy while spending quality time together under one roof-this home is ideal for multiple families. Traveling with little ones? We know you'll be back and forth to and from the beach a LOT! This house has a pack and play, high chair and lots of beach and pool toys. ​​​​​​​We might be only 7 miles long but Anna Maria has everything you could possibly need for your perfect
beach vacation. Traveling with a little one? All our homes come with pack & plays and highchairs. Need
more? There are several great rental places that have everything from baby gates to golfcarts, and they
will drop them right off at your vacation property for you. No need to pack beach towels we provide
those for you.
Remember we are laid back and on Island time - Flip-flops and shorts are ok for breakfast, lunch and
dinner no need to overpack you will most likely be in your cutest bathing suit or bikini anyways.
No need to pay the crazy high fees to check all those bags! With Publix, CVS, and Walgreens right on the
island you can grab any sunscreen, hair product anything needed, why haul it all with you?
You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund minus a $495 processing fee and less 3rd party travel insurance fees, if applicable. The refund will be made to the original payment method. After that time, or for reservations made on or less than 60 days in advance of check-in, your reservation is non-refundable.

Written notice is required to cancel a reservation; an email from the address associated with the reservation is acceptable as written notice.

For canceled reservations with a check-in date equal to or less than 60 days away: We will open the property back up to the rental market and if the property re-rents we will refund the guests the rental rate minus the $495 processing fee and any price differential

If Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, the normal cancellation policy applies. No changes are permitted during the stay.

Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property” Rentals typically run Saturday to Saturday, If you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to reservations@beachretreatsfl.com as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations.
