Roomy and comfortable

Nice, quiet location. Lots of room with well equipped kitchen. Direct TV and internet. After one week the only downside was that the agent only leaves 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. This is the 1 item I never considered having to bring

We leave a welcome bag on the kitchen counter that includes a trash bag, a roll of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, some soap and detergent to get guests through their first day. Unsatisfactory

The location of the property was great, but the cleanliness of the property was extremely disappointing. There was black mold in the hallway bathroom vent, stains all over the carpet and the stove fan completely covered in dust are just a few examples. Also, the property description said there was a hot tub, and there was not.

We looked into why this home would have had "hot tub" advertised, because it does not have one on the amenity list, and isn't represented on the floor plans or in the pictures. It turns out it was a typo "Screened-Hot Tub" in the headline. This has been corrected, and we apologize for this error and any confusion this may have caused. As far as cleanliness is concerned, this not representative our high standards and we appreciate the opportunity to investigate why this occurred. Short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at the house, however we were put off by the crawling bugs "mostly" outside the house..

The beach house

Cute and great location. Overall clean. Recommend to clean the coach after each tenant.

Overall good!

Cute house! Overall, good experience. The kitchen and living area are a bit small but perfect for two to three couples or a single family. Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes. The outside porch was very nice! Some negatives...Emailed the property manager twice before the trip (Surf and Sound) and received no response. Hornets are nesting in the screened in porch and the grill was so rusted/unusable. Make sure to do ALL your shopping before arriving, the “welcome bag” one three rolls of toilet paper and one dishwasher detergent pod.
