It's easy to live stress-free with the expansive ocean views from the welcoming great room with 50" home theater system with surround sound, DVD/stereo, well-appointed kitchen and dining area. The living area offers a wet bar with mini-fridge. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
