The final king master bedroom is located one more level up and offers a private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The spacious great room was furnished to provide seating and entertainment for the group and features vaulted ceilings and open floorplan with the dining area that seats 10. Open the slider from the dining area to enter the covered porch with seating and views of both the ocean and sound. Nearby the kitchen is well-equipped for whipping up meals, with a fresh herb garden on the deck, and seating at the breakfast bar for easy conversation during meal-prep. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
