The space:

Spacious and secluded, just steps from the Village at Northstar™, Big Springs Gondola and the Highlands Gondola, this four bedroom, four and a half bathroom, 2,670 square foot home is a rare find. At our vacation rental in North Lake Tahoe you'll have your own two-car garage (includes a Tesla charger), a patio with spectacular mountain views and your own private hot tub. This townhome integrates the area's natural surroundings with a design sensibility that understands comfort down to the smallest detail. Incorporating high-end mountain architectural design native to the area, this North Lake Tahoe home is custom finished with impeccable attention to detail. Perfect for family and friends this home sleeps up to eight guests with three king beds and two full beds.

Guest access:

Guests will have access to the Northstar Lodge Facilities which include a shared pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, recreation area and gym with locker room. This facility is a 2 minute walk from the home.

Keys will be provided via lockbox.

Other things to note:

Our short term rental permit number is STR22-6938.

Instructions for the house will be provided to renters in advance. A copy will also be available in the home.

Very nice property, fully stocked. We had zero issues or problems and had a lovely time. We hiked, played pickleball, hung out in the hot tub, and enjoyed the fabulous scenery and weather. Great for an adult hangout.

Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay in Northstar! The house is very close to the resort, just a couple minutes of a walk away. Super convenient. We took our kiddos to the pool and enjoyed the hot tub at the house several times. The house is 3 story’s with lots of stairs but it is very spacious and we had plenty of room! Also, they keep the kitchen well stocked which was great because we made a few meals. Lots of appliances to use which you don’t always see in vacation homes. We had a lovely visit!!

Perfect for family or group getaway!!!

This home met and exceeded our expectations. We are family of 5 (kids over 18) with extended family coming in/out to visit. The location was perfect and you truly could walk to the slopes. So easy for family to come and go from skiing, lots of family dinners in the well stocked kitchen, jacuzzi at the end of a long day of skiing and plenty of room for overnight family guests. The owner was very responsive leading up to the trip and was very organized with check in and out. On our day of departure it had snowed for 24 hours and first thing in the am, our street and our driveway was plowed so we could get out. The location and the home itself were just perfect!! Will definitely return!

Perfection for Tahoe visit. The only place to stay

What a beautiful home and perfect space for my sister, her husband, my brother, sister and my husband and myself. I did so much research to find a place with 4 bedrooms and baths to make our trip perfect. So I hit the jackpot. A lot of places have 4 bedrooms but they have bunk beds and twin beds in the rooms. I wanted 4 bedrooms for adults. Another criteria is A/C. Tahoe can be hot in the summer and it was. We were able to be outside and enjoy the beauty.......then can enjoy a home that was cool and able to enjoy indoor fun. We slept in a home with the perfect temperature. I read reviews from many home without a/c and each one talked about how awful it was for them to be in a hot home. It was up to 90 when we were there. We were in heaven and close to everything. The kitchen is fully equipped with Viking appliances. All you need to cook any meal you want. Only the very best thru out the home. Decorated beautifully. The mattresses where perfect. The bathroom exquisite. I can go on forever. But everyone should rent this home is they are looking for the perfect rental.

Snowy, Family New Year's Getaway

Eileen is an excellent host who was very prompt with communications and details of the home. We arrived just as the highways opened after a record snowfall. The driveway, walkways, and even a path to the hot tub were shoveled. After the long, stressful drive, it was so nice to arrive to a warm home. The house is beautiful and much larger than pictured. It is in a perfect location with a very short walk to the gondola for our skiers. The non-skiers enjoyed spending the days by the fire and cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely choose this property again.

Wonderful House Walking distance to the northstar lifts

Beautiful house, wonderful location and they had a fabulous well stocked kitchen not like many of the rental properties that we have been to. Easy check in and the owner was great to deal with! We will definitely be renting again!

Lovely home in upscale resort

The house was perfect for our family (my wife and I, our son and his girlfriend, our daughter, son-in -law, and two young grandchildren). It was well appointed, very comfortable, and very conveniently located. It is just a three minute walk to Northstar village, and one minute to the recreation facility that you have access to. The owner was very responsive both before and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.
