There were 7 adults in our group for a 4 day stay on an annual trip. We found the house to be extremely comfortable, very well stocked and very private. We could not have asked for a better place for our trip. We will definitely be back.

Amazing stay at this deluxe rental. Huge home with everything you could ever need for comfort, cooking, playing etc. Pricey but this home is a fine example of you get what you pay for!!

Our time in Tahoe and the house was Amazing!!! What can I say about the house it was anything you can ask for and more!!!gorgeous house and it was stocked with all the things we needed . Thank you Katie for the fabulous experience The communication was easy and the instruction very easy to follow. We sure will be back !!

The house was one of the best we have ever rented for an extended family vacation. Everything was perfect.

A Great House

Seven family members stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The house worked very well for us. It is well stocked with everything in the kitchen you could ever need. I would definitely recommend this, and one family member said, "Let's stay here again next year!"

This property could not have been more beautiful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, the beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well- stocked, the BBQ was convenient, the hot-tub was well cared-for, the neighborhood was quiet, the atmosphere was serene and cathartic, the wild life was active. Things to note: there is no AC. The main level was toasty during midday until the sun set, but the basement was quite a bit cooler. We couldn't figure out how to use the outdoor brick pizza oven. I'm not sure if that is working. We didn't find a big griddle on which to cook pancakes and French toast but there were plenty of large frying pans. Also the signs on the doors saying to lock the bolt for bears isn't a kind suggestion. It's a MUST! I locked all of the doors on the main level but forgot to lock the garage door one night and sure enough, a bear got in, opened the fridge and freezer and ate several hundred dollars worth of food. I'm thankful no one or nothing got hurt, besides our pocketbook.Other than that, our vacation was perfect. The home has high quality games that we had a blast enjoying and gorgeous views. We cooked all of our meals at home and were thrilled to have the extra fridges, sinks, and dishwashers.Thank you for providing a nearly prefect retreat for our family.

Great property but couldn't get tvs to work. Instructions said to use ipads but there were no ipads

This is a beautifully designed and decorated home. Interior finishes are top level. Layout works well for large families. Very well stocked kitchen. Only downsides are:1. A very firm bed in the main bedroom on the upper level;2. Strange lighting in the main bedroom on the upper level (all of the glass lighting fixtures are dark red and we had to bring lamps into the room to get enough light to shave and apply makeup); and3. No air conditioning. The lack of air conditioning was only an issue on one warm day and we knew the property did not have AC.
