YOU MUST BE 25 YRS OF AGE TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY. You will be just about 300 hundred yards from the beach.Located on the west side of A1A. Recently remodeled its a 3 bedroom 2 bath (one story no stairs), full size kitchen and dinning area for preparing a nice meal after a day at the beach. Great room has a Smart TV with WiFi connection and HD antenna. (No Cable) Two couches one pulls out to a queen sleeper) and a chair and ottoman. Master bedroom has a king size bed and dresser , large closet, bathroom has a walk in shower. 2nd room has a king bed and dresser. 3rd room has 2 sets of bunk beds, for kids only (150lb weight limit). There is a gas grill for cooking out. Sheets, towels, beach chairs and 2 beach cruisers, and a cooler are provided. Just bring your swim suits.) Inquire about a day on the water, boating the intracoastal sight seeing. Inshore fishing cruising to a local water front restaurant. Or an afternoon on a Island sandbar.

Wonderful

This home is beautiful and has everything you would need for the beach and otherwise. We will definitely be staying again. There are lots of games for down time and plenty of beach supplies. You wont regret staying here.

ride sleep repeat

came down for bike week, rode all day , hung out in the house after dark, didn’t goto beach but it was only a block away & all supplies were available. If we come back again, we’ll check to see it this place is available

Awesome stay

Home was clean and very well kept. From inside the home you cannot hear traffic noise. So don’t worry about the proximity to A1A. The beach is definitely within walking distance. Great place! Would stay again

Beach Beauty

Family of 5 visiting NSB for a mid-November break. This home is in a perfect location with easy access to all local venues, especially the beach. Provided amenities included beach equipment, adult bikes, BBQ grill, and much more. Highly recommend this home and the very personable and attentive host.

Nice dog-friendly rental in New Smyrna!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we walked into this place. It was spacious, well-appointed, & very nicely decorated. It was super clean & comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed & more. We had a small issue with the plumbing that needed to be addressed. The owner responded immediately & addressed the issue promptly. You can't ask for anything more than that! We would stay there again. The only thing to be aware of is that it's on a busy road.

Great Getaway Spot

Although this lovely 3-bedroom/2-bathroom home is not on the beach, the beach is just across the street which is so convenient. It’s a quick drive to all of the shops, restaurants, and bars on Flagler Avenue, and Publix is just around the corner. It’s a great location and a beautiful vacation home. We’ll definitely be booking again in the future.

Wonderful Weekend

Enjoyed our stay. The house and kitchen are stocked with everything you need, the house is clean and comfortable. We rented a golf cart for back and forth to Flagler and beach. Plenty of beach chairs and gear for use. Wonderful stay overall.

Great Place to stay!

Was a great place to stay. Was nice to have all the "extras" that were included in the house. All we had to do was buy food we needed for the stay. Everything else was provided, so that was nice not to have to buy supplies that we couldn't take back with us on the plane. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful

The home was as described with a great location! We especially enjoyed the location with such close access to the beach and some of our favorite eateries. We had brought beach supplies but there was plenty there to choose from. Looking for to returning next year!

This property was amazing, had everything we needed and great access to the beach. Lots of room to spread out if some in your family needs their own space. We will definitely plan to stay here again. We Loved It!

A real pleasure - everything about the rental went smoothly. The common area was open and spacious, the house was clean, fully equipped with all amenities, and beach access just a short walk away. We had a fantastic week!

My family loves spending time at New Smyrna Beach, I grew up in Daytona and wanted to be near the beach again without the craziness of the Daytona Beach crowd.

Being located on A1A in New Smyrna Beach makes it a short drive or bike ride to Flagler Ave. shopping and dinning . Just 30 min. to Daytona speedway. and 1.20 hr from all the great theme parks in Orlando. New Smyrna has great local restaurants and breweries. The Canaveral National Seashore is just 7.3 miles to the south of us on A1A. Great fishing charters and places to rent a boat or paddle boards for the day are close by. Walk just a couple of blocks south to Izzies and grab some Tacos and Ice Cream.
