We had a wonderful time at our stay at Janice’s home. She was an excellent host and was always in communication with me. Her home is the perfect spot in downtown New Smyrna. Walkable to everything right there in the downtown area, yet a quick easy jot over to the beach. I look forward to another visit to New Smyrna and will definitely stay here again!

A Wonderful Place To Stay

This is a very well decorated, clean, cute and modernized home. Obviously, someone took a lot of time to decorate this. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, open dining and living area. In walking distance to NSB downtown. The Saturday farmers market is a stones throw away. We loved it and would stay again.

Great location

The house is absolutely beautiful. The location is fantastic. We stayed at the house for the weekend for our daughter’s wedding at the Brannon center. The house was perfect for our family and very close to the venue. Canal Street and Flagler Avenue are easy to get to. The house is spotless and easily accommodated our group of 7. We would stay there again!!

Great house, great location

The owner communicated very well throughout the process and had very detailed instructions for check in. There was even a binder that had useful info such as nearby locatjons, rules of the house, etc. The house was very clean and well-stocked. We had everything we needed from shower supplies, cleaning supplies for the kitchen, and plenty of towels. Excellent property and process!
