Thank you for the great review, Cheryl! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us—and we agree, the large kitchen and pool area are both truly amazing features that bring families together in this home. I apologize that you were having a difficult time utilizing your beach chair setup. Unfortunately, the beach laws prevent chair vendors from setting up in front of this home. From the beautiful interior décor and design to the great outdoor space and private pool, Riders in the Sun is the perfect home for a relaxing stay. The closest access to Riders in the Sun is the Eastern Lake access. Eastern Lake’s outflow grows depending on the amount of rain we get (which has been quite a bit this summer season). If you prefer to use a different beach access, the Ramsgate beach access is a five-minute walk away. Let us know when you're ready to return - we would love to welcome you back soon!

Hello and thank you so much for the feedback on Riders in the Sun. We understand that sometimes the water can be high in the Coastal Dune lake. There is another beach access closer to the home and the homeowner has provided a beach cart and backpack chairs so that their guests can enjoy this access as well and still have chairs. We have not had any more construction feedback in the last couple of weeks, so hopefully, they are finished with construction work. This home has so much to offer, from its large porches overlooking the water, its private pool with a firepit, two grilling areas, and well stocked kitchen. We hope you come back and stay with us again soon!
