This spacious 800-square-foot guest suite is located in the entire lower level of our residence (a walk-out basement), providing you with complete privacy and a dedicated entrance separate from the main home. While we (the owners) reside upstairs, you’ll have the entire downstairs to yourself—like your own private apartment.
✨ Please note: This is a smoke-free and pet-free home, ensuring a clean, fresh, and allergy-friendly environment for all our guests.

Didn’t see a pool. The place was clean kitchen seemed fine we didn’t cook but nice to have refrigerator and coffee pot.

We wanted to clarify that the pool is part of the community amenities and becomes available to guests starting May 1st this year. Since your stay was just before the opening date, access wasn’t yet available, which is why you may not have seen it in use.

Very nice property. Upscale neighborhood. Quiet. Bigger than the photos depicted. Adequate kitchen equipment. Only made breakfast there. Had to drive to restaurants. Comfortable bed and couch. Recommended.

Nashville Vacation
Great place to stay outside of the city. Short 20 minute uber ride and we were able to enjoy everything down town.

Nashville visit
Able to pick up the bike trail all the way to Nashville right up the road. Worked well for our visits into town.

Great location
Comfortable place for couple to spend weekend in Nashville. Close to the Hermitage 20 minutes from downtown. Comfortable bed nice patio overlooking park (daily visits by deer in morning and evening).

Wonderful Nashville stay!
This property is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything about working with the owner and the property was super easy. We needed a quiet place to relax after our many adventures and this was just the place!

Very Unique
Had a tremendous stay, very clean, the decor was very unique and I would love to stay here again. Property manager was very quick to respond.

Great getaway!
It was soo relaxing! Loved the private porch. We sat and watched the planes fly over. Close to a variety of restaurants. Not too far from White House, Hendersonville, downtown Nashville and Goodletsville. It was truly one of our best vacations. We bring everything with us. Not expecting condiments, coffee and so on. Wonderful!!

Nashville, TN
A great country vibe while in the city with easy driving access to it all! The decor was excellent, a quiet neighborhood, and pool access too. We were able to cook a few meals, relax and yet go out and about with ease! The hosts are kind, welcoming and generous with amenities. We look forward to visiting again and hope to stay at F & E's on suite!

Quiet and relaxing!
Away from the bustle but still close. A short Uber ride from downtown. We loved the quiet park and trails right out the back yard….and we live on a farm! It was a nice stay.

Nashville weekend
It was our 2nd time staying at the property and we had a great stay. Everything in the listing is exactly what you get. If I had one minor fault it would be no TV in the bedroom.

Nashville 10/18-10/20
We really enjoyed our visit. The place was really accommodating and supplied us with all of our needs. We stayed for the weekend here to enjoy the city for a day and to see a concert. It was nice to sit out and enjoy the outside seating and to just take in the surroundings. We enjoyed our walk with coffee of course that started from the backyard to a walkway onto what looked to of been a golfcourse. Highly recommend this place for your stay, everything was like being a home away from home. Loved the theme they created with it as well. Thank you!!!
