Located in the very popular '2 foot cove', on Old Hickory Lake, you will have a view of the channel to watch the boats and barges travel up and down the river. Whether you rent a boat from a nearby marina, bring your own boat, or just enjoy the beauty and wildlife while relaxing, your stay will be unforgettable.

wonderful Lakeside cottage

What a treat to stay at this lovely lakeside cottage. The grounds, accommodations and the host were supreme. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Perfect for 3 people! Neighbors were super friendly. Cottage was comfortable, very clean, well equipped kitchen. Loved the screened-in porch to watch the beautiful sunsets!

Perfect Lakeside Cabin

This small cabin has everything you could want. Great location on the lake and also great roads to walk on. Neighborhood was very friendly.

Relaxing lakeside cabin

The location and cabin were terrific! Just as advertised. We had a wonderful and relaxing short vacation. The cabin is well-equipped and very clean. The host was wonderful with quick responses to my communications.

Best little cottage stay

Had an amazing stay. Great host, cottage is beautiful and amazing location. So peaceful and loved all the wildlife. Wish i could stay longer. will definitely be back. Thanks for a great birthday break.

Back porch was nice

Was there three nights there was no lightning on the steps coming off the porch. And beds were very firm The view was awesome.

This cottage is a few short steps from the lake. The chance to visit nature was peacefuol and rejuvenating. The host was exceptional quick to respond to any needs we had. Inside the cottage is very warm and welcoming. The cove is a local hangout for young people on warm weekend days. They created no problem for us. It was fun to see them having a great time. If solitude is super important to you this may be helpful to know. Easy access to all we wanted to do in Nashville and the airport. We will be back someday! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Safe, clean, just right for 2 and our dog

Clean and in a good area that feels safe. Great river view from screened porch rockers. Convenient parking. Big kitchen, decently equipped. Nice leather couches in living area and comfy beds in bedrooms. Not a luxury property but comfortable and functional place to stay. The toilet might be hard to access for someone with limited mobility due to narrow space. Bring your own soap and shampoo for shower. We would stay here again!

Cozy Cabin

Perfect getaway

Very well kept property, was perfect location for our needs , close to downtown Nashville without all the hustle and bustle of the city, and all the serenity of a lake house and all its beauty and calm, would definitely stay again, and recommend to others.

We enjoyed the privacy and our dogs made themselves at home. We saw a great deal of local wildlife.

We had everything we needed and the owner can be described as a “Superhost”. Being on the lake was very relaxing and the area was well maintained. We had a great time!

I love the outdoors. Hunting, fishing, and especially boating, are my favorite past time activities, and I am a huge Nashville Predator's fan.
Whether you live in Tennessee or just come to visit, I highly recommend you experience Old Hickory Lake, a treasure found right outside my back door.

I purchased this property initially as a personal vacation home and have since purchased another home four doors down the street for my permanent residence. The property is very private and yet I can be in downtown Nashville in 20 - 25 minutes.

The cottage was a perfect spot for me and my two sons to get away, fish, enjoy the boat and spend time together. We certainly have shared some treasured moments and built fond memories while staying in our lake home. I am excited to share this special place with others to create your own wonderful memories.
