Private Studio apartment located in a safe & peaceful East Nashville neighborhood. This unique property is quiet, yet minutes from dozens of East Nashville restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as 10 minutes from downtown Nashville.

*Bridgestone Arena – 12 mins

You will have keyless entry with a private entrance & driveway as well as your own private fenced-in yard that your furry friends will love!

We live upstairs and are so excited to welcome you!!

We live a quiet lifestyle and we've done our best to soundproof but it is an older East Nashville home with wood flooring so you will inevitably hear some footsteps or our 2 dogs being dogs.
A sound machine will be provided just in case!

The bathroom has a ceiling clearance of 6’5”. This may be a challenge for taller guests. There are 2 steps into the bathroom.

We will most likely be on the property during your stay and we are available for anything you may need. We can easily be reached via text or through the VRBO app

Great dog friendly stay!

Great place to stay if you're traveling with dogs. They loved the fenced in yard and walks in the quiet neighborhood. Very close to everything in East Nashville.

Lovely Spot just outside Nashville

This was a lovely property and the fenced backyard was great to let our dogs exercise every morning over coffee.

Peaceful neighborhood with a relaxing atmosphere. The studio was perfect for my wife, son, dog and myself. Great hosts, communication was on point. Definitely would stay again and recommend!

Great place for short stay.

communication was very clear. The property was clean, stocked with all the necessary things for a short stay. Loved the location and of course the fenced backyard for our furry baby!

Clean, comfy and convenient stay!

Sweet little spot with a great bed and clean kitchen and bathroom! Thankful for the snacks and water provided! Loved the enclosed space for pups to go potty and in a nice neighborhood. Great location near some of our fave east side spots and communication was clear and quick with the owners. Thank you!

Perfect for a long weekend!

A friend and I booked this property while in town visiting family and attending CMA fest. It was clean and presented as advertised! The hosts graciously provided a few light snacks, water, and a bottle of wine which was so greatly appreciated! We were grateful for the space to walk our dogs and would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

I needed to travel for a week with my terminally ill dog. I was helping my daughter and her family get ready for an event at her home. I did not want to board my dog. This place was an answer to my prayers. I appreciated the private fenced yard and clean, pet friendly atmosphere. I will stay there again! Host was very accessible and responsive.

Sweet Home Away From Home

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Nice, clean, comfortable studio. Just perfect for us and our dog. The basket of goodies and wine were such a sweet surprise. Everything we needed was there. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to go into the city. We will definitely be back next trip to Nashville. Owners were excellent with communicating and offering help in anything we may have needed.

First, we received an incorrect entry code (twice) . We'd traveled all day, so frustrating we could get in immediately and not certain we could reach our host to help.We almost left. Eventually the problem was remedied. We intended to use the pullout as the second bed, but found it awkward. and heavy. We would have to go into an under the stairs closet space to find sheets and pillows stored in plastic zippered bags. Way too much work. The main bed was small for two people and the bedside light had the brightness of a nightlight. No light or nightstand on the other side. If you need the bathroom in the middle of the night...beware of the pole in the middle of the room. You really need a flashlight to make your way safely. Next...the bathroom. Two steps up so a bit awkward and a bit dangerous. The bathroom was very clean and water hot for the shower. If you are a large person it will be a tight fit. The sofa bed did have an odor and in our opinion needs to be replaced or refreshed. The kitchen area was very clean and adequately supplied. The water, snacks, coffee pods and wine a nice touch. We understand the owner will give us a rating too. Interesting it's only after we give ours. Hummm.

Great location in a beautiful, safe neighborhood, clean and comfortable studio. It had everything you needed. Nick was quick and easy to communicate with. Very easy check in and check out. Highly recommend!

Convenient and quiet neighborhood

This was a good studio apartment very convenient to highway to downtown Nashvillle and really close to the Gaylord and The Grand Old Opry. Clean, quiet and perfect for our needs.

Girls Trip

We had an amazing time in Nashville! the only reason why i give 4 stars for location would be if you wanted to be able to walk to downtown. we took ubers and lyfts which could get pricey. Although the property was clean and had everything you could need even including a little gift basket with some chips, water and wine! Towels and sheets were so conveniently included! They even had coffee which my best friend loved!! From the makeup remover cloths to the q-tips in the bathroom this place was the perfect size for the two of us!
