The Space:

This newly renovated space is located on the first floor of our lived-in home. It is equipped with a queen size bed, a queen size pullout sofa, smart TV, and a kitchenette with a fully stocked coffee bar.

This space is ideal for single travelers, couples, families with younger children, and your furry companion (for a fee).



Guest Access:

You will have keyless entry with a private entrance & driveway as well as your own private fenced-in yard that your furry friends will love!



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, beautiful, peaceful residential area. But close to everything due to easy access to all highways.



Getting Around:

You will have your own driveway. It is very easy to get around as we are very close to all major highways.



Other Things to Note:

We live upstairs and are so excited to welcome you!



We live a quiet lifestyle and we've done our best to soundproof but it is an older East Nashville home with wood flooring so you will inevitably hear some footsteps or our 2 dogs being dogs.

A sound machine will be provided just in case!



The bathroom has a ceiling clearance of 6’5”. This may be a challenge for taller guests.



We will most likely be on the property during your stay and we are available for anything you may need. We can easily be reached via text or through the VRBO app.
