Nicely furnished & Spacious Basement Apartment. Located in the Center of town right next to Ridge Park & close to SUU. The basement is private, with a separate entrance and lockbox code, no stairs to enter, and lots of parking on the North side. Furnished kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee pot, fridge, stove, & all the essentials to cook your own meals. Netflix, cable, & board games provided. My family lives in the upstairs and main floor year round. Our home is in a perfect location, just over a mile from the Cedar City Temple & The Shakespeare Festival. Enjoy your stay in beautiful Southern Utah!
There are so many great hiking/biking trails nearby. We are also close to the Aquatic Center, Lake on the Hill, Ice Rink, & Wal-Mart. Kolob Canyon is 20 minutes away, Cedar Breaks 30 minutes, Brian Head 45 minutes, Zion National Park 75 minutes, & Bryce Canyon 90 minutes.

This was a comfortable, clean place to stay. It's close to the SUU campus (not close enough to walk) and easy to find. We enjoyed playing some of the board games provided. I would definitely stay again!

The property is a hidden gem. The lodging was exceptionally clean, well organized and very thoughtfully appointed. All the amenities that guests might use or need were provided. There is ample off street parking for at least two cars and the neighborhoodis very welcoming. The rental price for this unique lodging is very fair. The location is a short drive or easy walk to the University, Shakespeare Festival and downtown Cedar City. Jennifer and Ethan, our hosts, were friendly, congenial and professional. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future and highly recommend these beautiful accommodations to all interested travelers and potential guests!

I stayed here for about a month while finishing my preceptorship for nursing school. The location is great and the apartment is practical and comfortable and really started to feel like home while we were there.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and had lots of amenities, fully outfitted kitchen with everything we needed, there's even coffee and filters for the coffee maker. Great value and a pretty convenient and quiet location.

Excellent location and a lovely place

This is our second stay (and not the last). We come for the Shakespeare Festival and the location is so great! And the basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and well equipped.

Great Stay!

This property was clean, cool and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our hiking adventures in Cedar Breaks, Kanarra Falls and Kolob Canyon. We honestly we so greateful for the air conditioning after hiking in the heat.

We had a great stay. This place is clean and had everything we needed. We went to the Shakespeare festival and we ended up walking to the festival a few times it is just under a mile and was fun walk. So glad we found this place it is a great price for what it offers. Thanks so much!!!

I have become an avid hiker over the past several years and I cannot believe how many gems I have been missing out on all this time. I also love to pitch horseshoes, read, spend time with my family, playing games, and of course spend as much time outdoors as I possibly can!

From the popular Utah Shakespeare Festival in the Summer to the Heritage Festival in the Fall. You do not want to miss your chance to discover our great city.
