Woodsy Resort Getaway - New Listing

Located in the beautiful White Mountains of NH. On-site is a multi-million dollar clubhouse that features an indoor pool, 2 racquetball courts, Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, cardio room, ping pong and pool table. There is shuttle bus to Loon Mountain ski area or in the warmer months enjoy tennis and swimming in a spring fed 5 acre pond with sandy beach. Fully furnished, nothing to worry about, except opening the door and relaxing while you are here. People from all parts of the world own here.

The condo is located in Woodstock, New Hampshire, United States. There's much to do in the area all year round! In the winter, enjoy skiing at nearby Loon and Cannon Mt. In the warmer months, Franconia Notch State Park offers hiking/biking trails as well as boat rentals at Echo Lake. Popular attractions feature fun for the whole family including zip lines, water slides, miniature golf, horseback riding and train rides. Popular activities for the children are Clark's Bears Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park and The Flume. All year long, you can enjoy dining choices of various, ethnic cuisines, quaint shops and live shows at the local playhouse. There is even a 4 cinema movie theater.

Perfect location!

Lovely condo located in a beautiful resort park that’s close to everything! The condo was clean and had everything you need for a home away from home. Coming back to a nice fire in the gas fireplace after a day out in the cold was the prefect ending. The resort has amenities galore: indoor pool, gym, raquet/pickleball courts. The check-in and out process was easy and the staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. Highly recommend for all seasons! Will definitely be back!

Change of scenery

Clean quiet comfortable beautiful setting. Look forward to visiting again Oven temp not accurate I came home with one small towel by mistake. Should I return it?

Get away to hike the whites

Because snow was still on the ground, there wasn't as much activity on the property as there'll be in warmer weather, but many people were walking around. The grounds were very pleasant. Location was good and convenient to stores, restaurants, hiking, etc. I'd recommend Deer Park.

Perfect for hiking

Stayed here for a hiking trip up Mt. Mousilake. Perfectly situated for a winter day in the woods. Very clean, spacious, and the owner was very accommodating. Thank you!

Awesome getaway.

We had an amazing stay at the property. Super convenient location, right off the highway and close to everything, but you feel like you are in the woods. The property owner was super accommodating and communicated well. The only downside was we didn't get a chance to use pool due to Covid, but can't even complain about that, because we had so much else to do. Check our Woodstock Inn, amazing breakfast and dinner, also Flapjacks. Great shopping in the area also. Will be back for sure.

Beautiful place.

The condo is perfect for any season. Very close to the Kancamaugus Highway. Beautiful Pemigewasset River in view from balcony. We hope to visit again soon.

Cozy 1 bed condo

Clean and quiet condo with great location for those visiting the parks in the area. There was some electrical issue with some fixtures so we did without, since it was only 2 nights. We thought the bed was too soft. It might be tricky if you have 2 ppl with very different weights. The bedroom doesn’t have an AC but a fan is provided to bring the cool air from the living room. And lastly, the internet is weak. Unfortunately we needed to stay in touch with the rest of the family so it was aggravating, but for most people, this is a great place to disconnect and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

Great Value and Excellent location.

Plenty of room with two full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The condo is maintained by the resort it is within so it was very clean. We were left plenty of fresh linens, towels, and even little soaps. The unit had an AC/Heat unit in the common area and a fan in the closet of the bedroom to use when it got humid one night. Very close to downtown North Woodstock and Lincoln where there are restaurants, breweries, and shopping. It is a quick drive to get to some of the most beautiful scenic hiking in New England. Check in was very easy but the building does close by 9pm some nights and 10pm others. Be sure you get there early enough to check in at the desk while they are open. We did not end up using it but the amenities were abundant with access to hot tub, pool, sauna, tennis courts and gym. An overall great stay would love to come back to ski in the winter.

I have owned this condo for 24 years and it has been my getaway for all those years. I am a retired career counselor for high school students and then started a non-profit camp experience for international and American young people to learn more about the world and American culture at the same time. I am a New Hampshire girl through and through. I am sure it is where I developed my love for both the ocean and the mountains. I think you will get the same rewards I do staying here.

The resort has an indoor pool and jacuzzi, a gentle river for tubing fun, a pond for swimming and paddling with 2 nice beaches and a waterfall that you can approach in the water and sit under or beside on the rocks.
